I've had an amazing experience at the PRO desk during my recent visits! Stephanie was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond by suggesting additional products I hadn’t thought of but really needed to complete my project. Her customer service was exceptional—professional, patient, and very attentive. Thank you, Stephanie, for being one of a kind and making my visit so enjoyable! I also appreciated that Floor and Decor honored my Military Discount, saving me the trip to Home Depot for other items.

I ordered tiles for a new project and was delayed by permitting from the city. We went to the store on Friday, October 11th to return the excessive tile and were refused a refund or even a store credit. The excuse was that the system was not accepting them. It was purchased 12/22 and the boxes were never opened, in perfect condition. The tiles are still being sold in store and are in stock. I have spent over 20K in tiles in the past couple years and our contractor does a lot of business through you where he even has a personal representative Mario at the store. We now have over $2.5K worth of tile. I understand if the tiles aren’t in stock and are unable to be resold, but with them being in stock and to receive a refusal is mind blowing. This is NOT how you get return business or referral from a returning customer.

Sorry Owner, your response didn’t help at all!!
You should train your employees in customer service and that ALL Floor and Decor are selling the merchandise’s in every store for the same price and for the same product!
People be aware, in this store the Manager makes his own rules and regulations as he said to me: This is MY STORE, when I showed him that at the Boynton Beach store, the same tiles were sold at clearance for 50% discount, we couldn’t purchase at theBoynton Beach store because they were short TWO boxes!
On their advice to get those boxes at the Pompano Beach store because they had enough boxes in stock!!
Manager refused to issue the price discount!!
AT THIS STORE SERVICE IS LACKING!!
Associates are walking by without asking if you need help,
The Manager is the example, while a lot of customers were waiting, he was busy on a private call, talking in Spanish on the phone!!
The store in Boynton Beach have the most friendly and helpful workers!
Shame on the FLOOR AND DECOR management to have those lousy workers in Pompano Beach!
I wil never ever go back to the Pompano beach store!
Lowe’s has better prices!

No one answers the phone ever! I called 10 different times and used 3 different option codes and still no one answered. On hold each time over 7 minutes. Shame on the quality of phone service. This customer won't be visiting Pompano to spend the money there since they just DONT answer the phone. Instead I took my business to the stores north of there. They answer their phones (i.e. Springs, Boynton, Palm Bch and Riviera). Pompano store doesn't seem to need the business.
Update: after a long search process, the store manager E called on his own to check in with me. Explained they were undergoing a phone system change and not only made me feel like a valued customer but also provided me with the vanity I was searching for. I will rescind my review at this time as clearly it was not an at fault issue. Great job Customer Care and manager E, one happy customer here.
Thank you! Will be coming back for all remodel needs this yr.

I have been going to floor and decor ever since they opened their first stores. I have never seen such a rude, arrogant manager like Eddie. HE IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. needs to be fired.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ariana at Floor & Decor in Pompano.
After struggling to get someone on the phone at another Floor & Decor store. I called the Floor & Decor in Pompano and Ariana answered the phone. Unfortunately, we had to go back and forth on the phone with the other Floor & Decor location for about an hour until my issue was resolved.
If it wasn't for Ariana at the Pompano store being so patient to assist me in getting my order transferred to her store and scheduled for pick up. I would have canceled my order altogether and bought my tile elsewhere. I am looking forward to picking up my tile next week and am very pleased with the customer service that I received at the Pompano location.
