Also, let me start by saying the company I work for has a contract with Fleetworx...
That said..... This comment is through my third party experience with them...
We brought our work vehicle in with five items on the list to get checked and/or repaired.
The vehicle check engine light being one of them. Three out of the five tasks were completed, but the check engine light issue was never addressed or commented on by the tech. Unfortunately, several weeks later
we were broke down on the side of the road.
Now, They are busy and possibly overwhelmed so It may be due to that or even no fault of their own but like I said, you bring the car in with the check engine light on, The intent is to leave with it off (fixed) or told why it's still on and still ok to drive.
Maybe it was just an off week for them.
On the positive side They have very friendly customer service.
They are a little far from my home to be my go-to garage, but I would give them a shot if in the area.
