Absolutely worst FedEx delivery guy in the world he would come to my house not going to door and literally turn around and not wait for anybody to come to the door he did it three times and the package was unable to be delivered I have video on my cameras of him doing this three times and now I lost the package and have to wait. It was a medically necessary device that this guy put someone's life in jeopardy waiting on. This is absolutely unacceptable and this will be reported to FedEx corporate my cameras have facial recognition so I could get his face and send it to the right people I'm over this

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service, they have not been able to deliver the package for the third day. USPS is much better than FedEX.

TYRIQUE was supposed to be taking care of me with the packages they lost..this shipper leaves packages on your doorstep when they supposed to get a signature .and then forges the signature and the packages get stolen..and when they do hold the package for pickup they are the most rude and unhelpful employees I’ve ever met in my life ..like what do y’all get paid to do?

Had to pay $4.00 to pack the return to Walmart. I will stick with Amazon in the future where there is no charge to return the item

A driver for FedEx decided to deliver the package to another address instead of delivering it to the correct address. When i contacted FedEx, they told me to contact the shipper to file a claim, so i contacted the shipper and the shipper told me where the package was delivered, so i went to the address to where it was delivered, and the homeowner told me there was no package delivered there. Either the homeowner is a liar or the FedEx driver stole my package. FedEx is not trustworthy company.

I was told my package would be delivered yesterday. It was placed on the truck for delivery at 3:18am. Never arrived. The truck again states on it at 3:27am. Not a difficult address, but still can’t seem to be honest and deliver. As bad as the USPS.

They are the worst carrier to ship with . I will try my best to Aviod FedEx. I've been going through with them for years. The workers steal packages and then say the address is incorrect.

I have never met a more idiotic and morronic shipping company. There drivers are illiturate and can't follow a GPS. I corrected my shipping address and the driver couldn't find it. Are they in the stone age and don't have Google maps or any maps. I plan on suing FedEx as my first case one I finish law school for hiring degenerate people to deliver packages.

I received a call from this location about a package, claim they was unable to find my address then I took it upon myself to come and pick up my order because it was important. Never giving a tracking number, even after I informed them I was on my way. When I got there the young lady that answered the phone in the customer pick was very rude, she didn’t even want to look up my order my name. I had to call the merchant and get the tracking number and when I called bk I was on hold for 4 mins. Just overall RUDE. I am 30 mins later currently still waiting on my stuff so why not use the time to write about the bad service.
