So... people live here, and they don't know which rooms have roaches and smell like cigarettes. My room was visually pleasing, we took a nap in the beds, which were comfortable. Woke up around 6 PM my 9 year old went to the bathroom and screamed because she saw a bug and didn't know what it was. It was a roach. I killed it and complained. The lady at the front desk was very nonchalant but helpful with contacting her manager. That's why 3 stars instead of 1. I did get my room refunded, and I left the hotel. Thank God we left, because there were people arguing loud, cooking with their door open so everyone could smell it. #HORRIBLE

Room was stinky. It smelled really bad. The bath towels are very small.No toiletries(soap, moisturizer, shampoo).No proper breakfast. They just placed 10 muffins & 10 oat bars. Didn’t refill them.The front desk is always empty. Couldn’t find anyone to report. Pls avoid this place if you are visiting with family.

We stayed with this company before not this particular hotel. Very sad picture should speak for itself we were offered another room it was worse. We did get a refund. They definitely need to have better housekeeping even the floors walking to the rooms were filthy like they haven’t been vacuumed in a week.Rooms: We did get a refund. The countertops were not cleaned, and there were cockroaches.

Been here for a week and a half and everything has been good except for the major trust that I complained about that is in the stairwells and they have not picked it up it's been there for 3 days now. I talked to front desk three times and they have not cleaned it up yet. It is super disgusting and unhealthy to have garbage just sitting there when are you guys going to pick it up.

The rooms did not have a toiilet brush. I have nice washers and dryers. But they don't sell any detergent or anything on the premises. Room service only once a week......

The cleaning staff is AWEFUL.....they do not service the rooms at all. Been here almost 2 months and constantly have to take dirty towels to exchange and ask for clean sheets, after being promised I was on the schedule for cleaning. Other than that my stay was ok.

It’s mind blowing how not even the staff calls out people smoking weed all day, everyday. It’s sad how this is the environment of a hotel where kids are around. Nothing good about this place, please skip if you’re coming with family.

Hotel staff was incredibly rude from check in to check out. They have lists of things like blow dryers and toasters etc that you can get at the desk but the desk wouldn’t even give us an extra pillow. Pool area is filthy, littered with trash and a 2’ long dead lizard, and people drink and smoke weed out there until midnight.

Apartment style units are nice and renovated.There is small roach infestation; they need pest control.Some dryers are inoperable practically, have pieces of gum, concrete; barely dry...They haven't given them proper maintenance since don't know when. Management should ensure that vendors are giving proper maintenance to the machines.The staff can definitely use a training on customer service for hotel industry standards; some tend to act very cold, impersonable. The ladies that clean the rooms show better customer skills than some of the front desk staff.If I see improvement on this things I will change my rating.

The staff is extremely rude. There is a lady that works the Linen department that also works the front desk at night when we got in from shopping we came to her to borrow the dolly she ask me to see my id confused I said to her why do you need to see my id here is my room key you checked us in last night. She replyed you want my dolly I need your id I will give it back wen I get my dolly. There was a little back and forth about me not wanting to leave my id. When I decided to give her my id the woman started a drama play crying and screaming that the guy who was in our group with me hit her. Everyone that was just looked at one another shocked with disbelief of what just happened then she started shouting at us as though she was paying for our stay. The guy said to her mam I’m soo glad you have cameras in here because I’m going to report you in the morning to your manager that’s when she started to calm down. And give us the dolly. The next morning we asked for a manager there wasn’t any. We told front desk about her it was like talkin to our selves there was no concern. If these rooms was a dime I would never stay there again

I've worked as a team lead in extended stay in new jersey and this by far has been the worst experience and customer service of my life. i checked in with my 4 kids and the next day Maintenance went into my room as soon as we left to the beach and told the front desk we were smoking in the room so they kept my deposit, when i went down to speak to the front desk the front desk lady was so rude and careless as i told her to come with me back in the room to smell or even go thru the garbage to see if we were smoking as it was me and my kids only, she was like look "mama" i don't know nor it is my problem that's what i was told, i instantly got upset because please don't call me "mama" because i am Spanish and you are not. When i came to speak to the manager she interrupts me as i am speaking and said Well if that's what my team said i can't stand here and believe you, i also told her to come inspect the room with me and she said no, yet i had no water in the bathroom, the sink had no pressure to brush our teeth and the pool i paid for had cigarette butts all in and around it. The level of unprofessionalism was outrageous. I've never been treated like that even at the cheap overnight motels. This staff needs to be retrained in customer service, if they just wanted to keep my deposit, they could have just said that, because accusing me and my kids of smoking in the room is outrageous, the room didn't smell like any type of smoke, nor did the fire alarm ever go off due to smoking as they claim.

This place is the WORST!!! I’ve never experienced this level of lowness in a hotel in my life. The fire alarm kept going off randomly, not to mention random drunk people knocking on your door at 3am, noise in the middle of the night almost EVERY night we stayed here. Just low vibrational all around. Please save your money and stay out of this terrible place!

Anybody who has been following my Reviews knows that I am a transporter that moves vehicles all over the country. The purpose of giving that information is to let you know. I stay in Many many many many many many many many hotels.... Carla the front desk... acts WORSE than a female dog.... as a former hotel manager.... smiles come with your uniform... I have not met a more bitter.... disgusting individual... she treated every child with me like trash.... and she was the trash that they allowed to work for them.... extended stay will NEVER GET MY MONEY in POMPANO BEACH.... I would rather go to Motel 6.... she gave me attitude from the beginning... stop giving jobs to trash like ppl.... there are plenty of ppl who are worthy of her position... and side note get her a new sweater it's as HOELY( as her personality)

When I say this was the worst experience ever. I'm attaching photos and videos. I've made an official complaint with the Headquarters and awaiting an response. PS. We awoke 1030pm to this. We literally checked in at 330pm. We only had this room for one night because we were getting back on the road the next morning to head home. After I went to the front desk to complain the clerk acted like she wasn't even surprised and just said "Ok, I move you". In one video there's an orange stain on the pillow where my toddler son was drinking juice, still no excuse for the amount of insects in the room.
