Deborah & the Eso Team worked with us on a 9k sq foot home with 2 kitchens (including a full commercial home kitchen), 9 bathrooms, a complicated master bathroom with multiple vanities, custom cabinets, mirrors, plus a huge tub, sauna, steam, and salt room. Her design sensitivities and listening to what we wanted were excellent - her suggestions always reflected that she was paying attention to our intentions. Her team prepared comprehensive installation binders and was always available to our plumbers and electricians as we did the rough and the final. We had a bunch of swaps and changes along the way, and Deborah was quick to send the new part and swap the old one. She was patient and thoughtful during the design phase, showed great attention to detail as we started to make decisions, and was a true partner during construction and installation. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the work - they're lovely, professional, and have great integrity. Thank you!

I highly recommend ESO as I was able to get everything I needed for the renovation of my home, in one place (6 bathrooms and the kitchen). Deborah is really helpful and knowledgeable, she sorted out our needs and offered wonderful recommendations to stay within our budget but keep things looking top notch. ESO has beautiful plumbing fixtures and more and the showroom is wonderful. They have the best customer service and really go out of their way to make the customer happy, even after the installation. You won't go wrong working with ESO!

Dishonest - buyer beware! I used ESO for a complete master bath and kitchen reno and recently inquired / purchased a new soap dispenser. The salesperson failed to tell me that what I purchased was a different brand than what I asked for. I reached out to the manager who appeared sympathetic by phone and promised she would follow up with me but almost 2 weeks later and nothing. Apparently, it was just lip service! ESO just lost me as a customer. This experience is awful. Plenty of other decorative plumbing stores in the area. Seek out a more honest business!

I have been a long time customer of ESO and purchased complete master bath and kitchen fixtures from them in the past. My recent experience with them was terrible. I reached out to the manager who was sympathetic to the unfortunate situation I had with a salesperson. She promised she would investigate and follow up with me. Almost 2 weeks later and nothing. Will be taking my business to more honest and forthright retailers. Buyer beware!

Excellent and unique selection, great quality and wonderful customer service. We dealt with Dorinda on two different projects. She is exceptional, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend ESO and Dorinda.

They're very nice when selling items, but their follow up service is hideous. Never received a call when my items were in stock. The sales person Dorinda does not return calls. They try to make it appear like a polished customer service experience, but ultimately they do not care about their customers. The store hours are ridiculous and it's further limited when you're arranging to pick up purchased items. Save yourself the grief and find another store that is willing to help.

Do not be intimidated by all the fancy prices, there is something for everyone's budget and Dorinda will help you find it. I wish I could give 10 stars for the excellent service, knowledge and expertise that Deborah at ESO provided for us!!! We came to Deborah while our house was under construction and we needed everything from kitchen sinks and faucets to toilet bowls, sinks and faucets for 6 bathrooms as well as outside showers and sinks …Deborah could not have guided us better, taking her time to go over each and every item that we needed to make a decision about. Whenever I had an issue because issues and changes always occur when you are building a new house , she was always there with other options and never made a big deal about changes from my original order. Deborah is also the nicest and kindest person to deal with which is an added bonus. Everyone who works there is super nice as well.. Karen (awesome to deal with ) was always there to back me up if Deborah was not available. Thank you ESO for making a very stressful situation of picking out so many different items much easier for us! I can always breathe easier knowing that whenever I call, you always have my back! One million thank you’s wouldn’t suffice ! Now that we finally moved in to our new house , we are beyond thrilled with everything that we purchased. ESO has always been my “go to place” and that will never change !

I bought a soap pump for the kitchen sink when I was renovating my apartment, and it never worked because it was missing a part.Herman came to my rescue and ordered the part. It was delivered to the store and Herman put it together. It works perfectly now.I thank Herman for his time and the desire to help a customer in distress when things that were ordered do not come working properly.Ada Vazquez -Ortiz.

PublicDeborah Rugnetta is the sales manager for European Sink Outlet, and she is NOT customer friendly AT ALL. There was a problem with an item I purchased, and when I tried to return it, she said it was missing a part. I asked her to call the manufacturer and she refused. I then called the manufacturer and they said that it doesn't even come with that part, and that European Sink Outlet could return it at any rate. I had already purchased another item from them to replace this defective one, but Deborah wanted me to keep BOTH of them and not help me AT ALL. She was RUDE, uncaring, and not interested in helping in ANY WAY.
