DJ is disgusting little man who I believe is poisoning the cats! have no sympathy for Guardian Fleet Services I hope they get what’s coming to them because killing any living being is not acceptable! As a former employee of this company, I know who cared and who didn’t, and anybody involved with guardian will do whatever it takes to make a profit and look good in the eyes of the public… i’m absolutely disgusted by what I heard today and how cats are just popping up deceased on the property. That’s what leads me to believe they are poisoning them. They are absolutely disgusting human beings if that’s even what you can call them.*reply to your reply*You can say what you want but I know for a fact from some of your current employees who still work there that dj and Cassandra have been there after hours hunting cats so if you want to continue to lie to the public that’s fine but you can’t lie to me. And I will continue to let everyone know how disgusting you people are.

Emerald Towing is #1... We are a DJ company, they took our rental truck off the highway and they brought it straight to the Venue, Louis was amazing he helped us unload and bring the equipment inside without even asking him!! he needs a raise!!!

Shame on you! Especially this “DJ” individual. I get it that not everyone is an animal lover but at the very least, you shouldnt wish them harm or be cruel towards them. There is currently a small number of cats on their property that rescuers are trying to save/remove (after doing the same for many others!) and DJ refuses to let them do it and said he doesn’t care if they starve to death (they need to be fed to be lured out). He should be thankful that these rescuers are willing and able to take these “burdens” out of his life but there is ZERO compassion in this man. They put profit over lives!!! No animal lover should use their services.*replying to your reply: this is not true, unless the rescuers were finally allowed access in the last few days. As a matter of fact, due to your company’s lack of sympathy and morality, one of those cats that had lived there for many years was recently run over and killed while attempting to cross a busy street to eat, being that you/DJ forced feeders to feed them outside your facility,. So, so sad. Make sure that when you “investigate” this matter, you start by speaking with “DJ”.

These are some of the worst people on the planet. Truly cold-hearted individuals. My vehicle was in a wreck, total loss, on the turnpike. Fhp had the vehicle towed by this place and the next day I went to recover the vehicle after work. The price to recover my vehicle was a whopping 700$ for the tow, fees and 1 day storage. I showed up with 300 dollars never imagining that a 7 mile tow would be so expensive. I left to bank to get the rest of the money and I returned literally 1 minute after their closing time and they would not let me in to pay. I had to go back the next day. Please do not support these people!

Sandy was so GREAT!!! My wheel bearing broke on my lifted Dodge 2500 and he literally took the time to load my truck on the bed without breaking the wheel entirely off. Emerald towing you saved me hundreds of dollars!!!!!Thank you SandyChris Honka

Getting towed is never on my list of favorite things to do, and it's generally not the most pleasant of experiences. That being said, I had the best tow experience of my life today. Gigi the Great showed up on time, and executed flawlessly. Amazing service and professionalism. Next time you're enjoying an unexpected car/truck breakdown, call Emerald--you will not be disappointed.

Very unprofessional. The older guy who runs the truck just total disrespects people. Doesn’t have any customer service what so ever. He made me sit outside in the cold at the window for 20 min while he washed his truck. Then proceeded to slowly get my paper work.

Shady from agent Johnny to tow driver. Unethical. Condescending. Changed stories, pricing and logistics. They know it too. Didn't use. Wouldn't trust them with a matchbox car. Not trustworthy. Sales people, not a reliable tow company. Cops even agreed. Driver was a con artist but it all stems back to Johnny, the salesperson that shows up to the scene of an accident. Hands out vusiness cards of Shady body shops as well. Creeps. Scammers. Incredible that Broward police crash investigation recommended these losers.
