They are thorough and patient so, yes, they do take their time. But it's always been worth it to me. Their latest repair was for my 110th anniversary Denon AVR. This was a $6k AVR. I returned the first one that died. The 2nd one never sounded right so I took it to them. I waited a month, but the result was glorious! OMG what a system it is now.
