This location sucks! I’m a Manager in retail so I know what it means to provide excellent customer service. This place is terrible with customer service. They profile everybody that comes in there, they aren’t friendly, they aren’t helpful, they don’t look professional, they look disheveled and unenthusiastic. Why am I contributing to their store volume when they don’t appreciate me as a customer. I only go there sometimes because it’s close to my house but I will drive to another location just so I don’t have to deal with the unprofessionalism at this location. This actually used to be a good location 10yrs ago. Obviously this store stinks from the head down , starting with District or General Managers.

Omar in Pharmacy helped get the right script for me. He noticed I was given a script that I am allergic to and quickly notified me. When issues arouse getting corrected script...he handled everything. 5 star for Omar !!!

Store manager Dylan was very unprofessional and had the nastiest attitude for absolutely no reason. I was being polite on my issue, he was condescending and rude. Giving these young under 20Years old a little power, and they think they are the owners of the business. Definitely lacking training and professionalism for these young men. The Brazilian young man Kevin was polite at least but unfortunately he couldn’t do anything but he at least tried to be polite and not treat cvs customers poorly. I bought a lot from this cvs since it’s by my house but I might need to change stores. He was super rude to the Hispanic customers that was in front of me as well.

Pharmacy has a new pilot program that sends everyone to their voicemail system to wait endlessly for a call back. You can only show up in person to talk to someone. What a way to treat your customers. Dump the new program.

They are selling scratched off gift cards and the manager has the heart to tell me he can’t give me a refund after I purchased one and realized it was scratched off. He wouldn’t even go check to see if more were like that to prevent further irate customers because he is INVOLVED in this scam

Literally never answer the phone. Even after waiting 20+ minutes listening to that trashy tune- they then pick up the phone just to HANG IT UP. I've worked in customer service and I don't care HOW busy you are, that's absolutely not acceptable. Then to go ahead and say you can manage prescriptions online. No, no I cannot because the CVS app tells me I have 0 scripts which is absurd because I pick up 4 EVERY MONTH. I've been understaffed and overworked but you don't do this to people ESPECIALLY when they need their medications. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very nasty employees work here who decides they want to take their feelings and emotions out on customers. The cashier "Tianna" or however you spell it doesn't understand the importance of customer service and has a very disrespectful and disgusting personality. "Tianna" needs heavy training on how to treat customers with respect and dignity. Whatever you go through outside of work, shouldn't be taken out on innocent customers.
