I went in to get some shampoo with my ExtraBucks and percent off coupon. Every time I wait for these, I can get out of a CVS with good quality items for just a few bucks. Some items are not a good deal. I have done comparison using the ExtraBucks and percent off coupons against Walmart prices on selected items and they are about the same. The best thing is to see if there are additional digital CVS coupons on the mobile app....like it was in this case....that is a good thing !!!!

To the two nurse practitioners Jean and the NP who was at this location on 01/06/24 ( I forgot the name). Thank you for all that you guys do. Ive seen you guys multitask the kiosk, education customer that need help with the kiosks, answer questions and attend to patients. Thank you for a heart of compassion and doing your jobs gracefully. I would recommend this minute clinic for all your employment needs this clinic offers physical, vaccinations, TB testing and reading and much more.

Went to this location on vacation. It's just a complete NO! They wouldn't bill our insurance (which is CVS by the way). When asked why they claimed something was wrong with it (LIES!). Come to find out they just didn't bill it. Terrible service. I can't speak for other pharmacies in the area, but this one is garbage!

I called the pharmacy from our medical office spoke to Yanca or however you spell her name, I asked a question and she got mad because I did not say the name right and hung up on me??? Really bad customer service, the patients are always complaining about this place.

Texts and calls daily. Attempted to cancel my refills. Cannot get a human.Literally, bombarded with texts and calls EVERYDAY.Second attempt to cancel prescription. Unsuccessful…now 3rd attempt at calling and cancel.Impossible to GET to a human.Blocking all numbers now. I was unsuccessful at the third attend as well. Just put into a loop of music.

I'm surprised the rating is a 2.5 stars. I've been on hold now for 20 minutes. Clearly answering calls from customers is not a priority, which is surprising considering it's a customer service business. I see plenty of the same complaints as mine so clearly the pharmacy and store management don't care.

I have been this particular CVS customer for over 15 years. The pharmacists used to be kind, informative, helpful, and trusted. One of my favorite pharmacists was Kevin, who very unfortunately is no longer at this location. He was always on top of things and ready to help and solve any issue that may have come up over the years. Now there’s a whole new staff, pharmacist and assistants, and they are absolutely rude to the point that I was hung up on by someone in the pharmacy! When I called back, I was told her name was “Z” this female assistant told me I did not have a prescription which intern I told her I received a text from CVS and I needed my medicine. Then she said oh yeah it is here. Then when I picked it up, it was 30 count instead of 90 and the pharmacist argued with me that this is the number I’m supposed to have after I finally convinced her to look in the computer after all these years she said, oh yes, you do get 90 pills! So not only was I treated, as though I was stupid I had to then make an extra trip which I could not do for a few days since I work full-time, and when I come home, your pharmacy is closed, which was an extreme inconvenience to me not to mention I had to put up with the rudeness of your new staff in this store, Your new staff is rude. They are absolutely unhelpful, impatient and obviously do not care about the patient/customers and likely their jobs. I have been seriously considering moving my prescriptions, and after years of my husband being a Walgreens customer, I finally convinced him to come over to CVS besides his vaccines to bring all of his prescriptions and after this, he said no thank you. You can be sure I am spreading the word because to be treated the way that I have been treated by this new staff of (female) assistants and pharmacist alike, it’s appalling, disgraceful, and CVS should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to continue.

Bad policy paired with employees who have horrid attitudes have resulted in me taking my business to Publix. One of this prescriptions being $1400 a month, I guess CVS can afford to continue to bleed money. You can tell by the reviews no one cares about the lack of quality this store has proven to provide over and over and over.

Not only did my mom get the wrong vaccine, but CVS is not offering a refund. Thank you Tobas Davon for being a great healthcare worker. I am sure you would be ok with this if your child was in the same situation.

Pharmacy is horrible! No one ever answers the phone, you sit on hold for over 20 minutes and not one human even picks up, how is that possible for a business?

On a Friday the pharmacy was closed by 3pm? Had to wait until Saturday to get prescription and never got notice to pick up. I am moving to walgreens

This store is an eyesore to the community. Landscape is not taken care of. Trash everywhere. Needs to be painted.
