Literally never answer the phone. Even after waiting 20+ minutes listening to that trashy tune- they then pick up the phone just to HANG IT UP. I've worked in customer service and I don't care HOW busy you are, that's absolutely not acceptable. Then to go ahead and say you can manage prescriptions online. No, no I cannot because the CVS app tells me I have 0 scripts which is absurd because I pick up 4 EVERY MONTH. I've been understaffed and overworked but you don't do this to people ESPECIALLY when they need their medications. Absolutely unacceptable.

Acabo de ir con mi niño de 2 años ala farmacia y solo porque mi hijo estaba tocando unas cosas que se cayeron la persona que trabaja hay dijo ponle antecion a tu hijo como que si mi hijo estuviera quebrando algo , es muy grosero personas cómo estás mo seven de estar trabajando hay , y es muy repugnante hasta me dijo que me saliera , a un cliente no se le trata haci , disculpas pero si el se hubiera dirigido hacia mi de una manera amable fuera diferente pero fue muy arrogante . Y esas no son maneras de sacar a alguien solo porque tú hijo haya hecho eso

I have been going here for over a year and every time there is an issue. Yesterday was the last time I'll be there and I have already transferred all my prescriptions out. They tried giving me a prescription I had picked up the day before that wasn't even eligible for refill. They argued with me that I hadn't picked it up the day before. When picking up a different prescription they argued that I couldn't use insurance in combination with a coupon due to my insurance-they simply didn't want to invest the time to save me $40. My new pharmacy made that happen today so clearly not my insurance. They have cancelled refills that I placed on the app for no reason and no communication. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told it was a rotating door and the person I speak to today may not be there tomorrow. Overall, fail as they seem incompetent and not customer-focused. Grateful to be going elsewhere even though this is the closest pharmacy to my home.

I just had the worst encounter with a woman named Stephanie with black hair at the pharmacy window. I was racially profiled and lied to all because of the color of my skin. I don't understand why she was so rude and nasty to me. Please teach her some manners and give her a lesson in customer service.

This is just for pharmacy. Service was really slow . The technician apologized 3 times so maybe the computers were down or giving troubles

The cashier, Camilla, is the wicked witch of West sample! OMG! She is a sarcastic, self indulgent witch. I go there several times a week because it is close to my job. They treat the loyal customer like crap. The rest room facility is always out of order, so if you are there and you want to pee, you are sh!t out of luck.

They need competent people working there. It took me 30 minutes just to pick up my prescription. Pharmacist said that they couldn't find it, that it wasn't sent from my doctor. I had to call my doctor and they said that it was verified. It took long because the pharmacist gave me the medication but changed the previously name that was listed on the medication. She even said she was changing the tag.

This store is terrible... The pharmacy never has your stuff ready even after the message they send you says it is. The help in the pharmacy is about a half a star average. Terrible attitudes, terrible service.

Unbilievable. Found a Mucinex that has been expired since October 2017, told that cashier that he should check the stock and he said ok, never apologized, didn't even care about it. I asked him if he should not be asking for ID for the medicine and he said I looked over 18. I've been asked for ID to play the lotto before. Here's the CSHR # 1514847
