Seriously Yelp? I have over 30 check ins here -- I'm probably the "duchess" and you're not showing a review ever done?Oh well.This CVS is most convenient as I used to go to a salon nearby to get my nails and often would stop here each week to pick something up either for myself -- or for my nail tech before my appointments. Also in the past, we had CVS as our main pharmacy for meds on our health insurance plan. And although we got most of our meds up by our other house, we would also shop here for various products.So it's a good CVS. Fairly standard. And it used to have decent service. Now they have self-service as well as checkout registers. And my husband has their loyalty program, so we get sent various coupons periodically.And yes, although our new pharmacy has changed and my nail tech has moved locations further away, I imagine we'd stop by if we need something that our local Walgreens does not have in stock.

I found what I was looking for right away! Theresa greeted me with a smile upon my entrance as she did to every customer and she happily assisted me in redeeming extra bucks. She wished me a lovely day and her energy and positive attitude is contagious. Amazing job! Theresa deserves a promotion and a raise.

I wasn't sure if my friend was exaggerating when he said he called and waited 30 min and 25min w/o getting an answer. He had walked in while still trying waiting for an answer. The pharmacy had no customers. He asked about it & was told they don't answer the phone anymore. Same just happened to me. I will never send my script there again. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT??Noticed they had Store closed / systems down 6m ago. Same note on door 2 weeks ago.

Local CVS, which recently had a makeover/renovation. I'm not too happy with the stock, this is my second time going into this location for an item and to my disappointment they're out of stock.

This locations pharmacy is so unprofessional and unorganized. To treat customers the way the pharmacy does and to have the pharmacist act so condescending it's absolutely unacceptable. You should look into who you have working there because clearly they don't have enough help or care about patients. I will NEVER come back here. They told me they are 3 days behind and tried to blame me for a prescription not being ready. It was sent the day prior and they received it as I was talking to the pharmacist. When you are dealing with patients who need to take daily medication without interruption and the pharmacist doesn't care, there is clearly a bigger issue.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Customer service is lacking and slow. I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens.

I had scheduled a test and I pull up to this note on the drive thru window. I was never notified that they weren't going to be available, they never answered the phone and you can't just show up to another location without an appointment!!!!

I want to write today that I feel sorry for the techs at this pharmacy...they work really hard but it gets busy and we have to wait a long time in line......But I'm thankful that I have a CVS near me. Hopefully in the future it will be easier to get our cholesterol medication.....LETS ALL BE APPRECIATIVE !!!

The Pharmacy department never answer the phone. I waited for 1 hour on line to check on my prescription status. It's ridiculous that management is not getting involved. I guess it's time to go somewhere else to get my meds filled.

I have been trying to call this location for an hour to transfer a prescription and continue to get a message that no one is available to answer my call, call back later. Even the physician line won't answer!

Well, I'm standing here at the CVS counter, attempting to pick up a prescription. Attempting. Such a disappointment. First of all, if you work at a pharmacy counter, first understand that you are dealing with sick people. Watching the way the girl has been answering questions is just shocking. Maybe during her 6-month college career, someone should have taught her some manners. An older man walks up to the counter and is looking for advice on an OTC solution for an earache. Clearly, he is having trouble hearing. The pharmacist won't look up to talk to him (because why would you?). The girl barks at him a few trite phrases, then adds that he should see a doctor. He tells her that he is concerned because he doesn't have insurance. Her response: "Well, it looks like you have some choices to make."What the literal hell kind of answer is that?!Meanwhile, with EIGHT people behind the counter, I am STILL standing here waiting for someone to fill my prescription (which should have been done already) AND I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE. For the store manager, the rude girl's name was Whitney.
