We enjoyed our 2 years at Crystal Riviyera. The management team is awesome. We really enjoyed our comfortable apartment and the offered amenities. All of our repairs were handled quickly.

We have rented for one year here at Crystal Riviyera Apartments and we absolutely love it. We have a huge 3-bedroom apartment with a beautiful patio. We have enjoyed using the amenities: gym, pool and event room. The staff is friendly and anytime something needed to be fixed they responded immediately. I have always had a positive experience with Andrea our Property Manager. She has always been professional, respectful and responded promptly. The community is located conveniently near I-95 and Tri-Rail. My family walks over to the local super market.We have a small dog and the area is quiet and nice to walk your pets. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a rental to consider these apartments. Our apartment is spacious and nicely divided. Huge closet space and modern features.

This is my 3rd year living at this community, I love it here!The building is well maintained, the Caraco team that works in that location is amazing, they are extremally polite and they do a great job taking care of this community. I have placed service calls at night due to AC issues and they came in after hours to help me and they have always fixed any issues no matter what time of the day.From the cleaning staff to the management team they all play their part at making this community great.Andrea the manager of this property, she's amazing, always makes time to hear our concerns when they come up and she is always willing to help in any situation. Joyce the previous manager was also amazing as well. I would like to say that Caraco definitely knows what they are doing in terms of hiring, they definitely hit the JACKPOT when they hired this team.

I have been living here for almost 2 years now and i love it. From the gym to the pool everything is always clean and maintained well. Whenever you have a questions or problems that need to be solved Andrea is the women to go to!!! She works in the office, always has a smile and answers for me whenever needed.She never fails to lead me the wrong way.Her hospitality and kindness really makes me feel same in my home.12/10

Apartments are great! Office staff is always there to help! If anything happens in the apartments they are very fast resolving any issue! Talk to Andrea she is always there to help!

I've been here a year and have enjoyed living here with my kids. The building is safe and secure where you need a FOB key to enter. The pool area is nice with barbecues. My neighbors are friendly and I have never had an issue. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly. My apartment was very clean on move-in and had no issues during my year here. The ladies in the office, Andrea and Joyce are very friendly and definitely assist you with your needs. You wont regret moving here.

I have been living in this property for about two years now and the only thing I have to say is that this is by far the best property I have ever lived in. The amenities are just exceptional. Stainless steel appliances. Huge bathroom and walk-in closet. Wash and dryer machine inside the unit. A beautiful view to the lake and the pool deck and most importantly, the office staff are the best of the best. Andrea, Joyce, and Britney are just incredible people. They do care about their residents and go above and beyond to make sure the residents are as happy as when they moved in for the first time. They make me feel like I am part of their families and that is more important than any amenities or benefits a property could offer. Thank you for allowing me to call Crystal Lake Riviyera my home for these two amazing years.

I would recommend living here 100%. I always leave work knowing I am going to my not just apartment but my home. I am in love with my space, especially waking up in the morning and admiring the view of the lake. Makes me feel like I am away at a retreat. Joyce, Andrea, and Britney are incredible people, and they are also a reason why I am still living here. They are so attentive, professionals with warm hearts, and very dedicated to their residents. Thank you for everything you do. We appreciate you all.

Iv lived in Crystal Riveara for two going on three years now and it is a great Comunity to live in. Andrea at the leasing office is the best! She always makes sure I’m taken care of with anything I need. Her customer service skills are unmatched. Also, I must say the cleaning crew and maintenance staff do a fantastic job as well. The building / pool area is always clean and any maintenance needed is fixed in a prompt and seamless manner. I truly enjoy being a tenant in this community.

I glad that I find Crystal riviyera apartment, a quiet place to live, nice apartment with a nice view, I had look all around for an apartment and did not find anything that I liked, until I stop by at Crystal riviyera apartment , Andrea since the first time she went above and beyond to help me out with the apartment she have explained everything for me and help me out with the application I highly recommend Andrea for her professionalism and the way that she helpe with my apartment application and everything sice then
