This is going to be a long review because I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place! We brought in a privately owned diesel school bus with 2 separate issues: over heating and smoking breaks. Right off the bat when we brought it in, both the owner and receptionist were incredibly kind and understanding of our situation. Our bus was converted into an RV, and is our permanent residence, so we were very anxious about bringing it in because we feared it would be in the shop for months like it had been in the past with other shops, but that wasn’t the case with this shop! They started working on it exactly when they said they could, and quickly diagnosed the issues. I’ve been to 3 other diesel mechanic shops now at this point and every single other shop tried to solve our issues by simply throwing parts at it and hoping each part would solve the problem, which costed us thousands and many times, didn’t even get to the root of the issue. Here, they tested our parts to make sure that they were in fact faulty before they replaced it. We mostly spoke with the owner of cruise n cool, who is super knowledgeable and was kind enough to take the time to break down and explain in detail how our broken part (a fan clutch) was supposed to work, and how they could tell it wasn’t working properly anymore, causing our over heating issue. At cruise n cool, the pricing was very fair and they were extremely transparent with the cost breakdown. I would say we even paid a little less than what we were expecting to pay, and for once, we weren’t left with a up-charged bill like we were with several shops in the past. Like I mentioned before, our rv is our home, so we asked that the technicians locked the door after use and they were extremely respectful and understanding of that request and did so every time.
Long story short, after having three terrible experiences with other shops, we’ve finally found a skilled and dependable mechanic shop to turn to for any future issues and maintenance.

The owner Rich Lieberman and his service Manager Chris Stev are crooks. Avoid this place! Read ALL of the reviews because they seemingly have paid people to stack on the 5 star reviews to help offset the truth.
I took my vehicle into them for A/C service. Chris insisted that I stay in the waiting room while they “inspected my vehicle”. While he had my vehicle out of sight, he and his staff sprayed UV Dye all over in my vehicle’s engine compartment and he then invited me out to review supposed Freon leaks from every part of the system! The irony of it all is that he indicated leaks from areas that aren’t even near the A/C refrigerant system!
I perform all of my own vehicle service unless I’m out of town, as was the case here. I know my vehicles. Rich Lieberman, you should be ashamed of yourself for what you and your staff tried to steal from me! You need to be put out of business!

Whether Chris Stev is there or not, please do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. Avoid this place and go to “The Brothers Auto Care”. Whether or not Rich was in on the scam, it is the responsibility of a business owner to understand and to be engaged with the work that their staff is doing. Rich Lieberman is not that guy. BTW, I had my a/c system serviced (evacuated and recharged) by another shop in the area (The Brothers Auto Care, 425 Dixie Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33060) and it has been blowing cold ever since! This cost me $160 versus thousands that Rich”s team quoted me. Tony, the owner at The Brothers Auto Care, knows his staff and physically participates and oversees the work. Conversely , Rich Lieberman never even took the time to even look under my vehicle’s hood!

Amazing customer service, extremely trustworthy and fast. From the moment we spoke with Rich on the phone to find out if they could service our minibus and transit vans, he was so helpful. We assumed the tires on one of our vehicles needed to be rotated, and instead of charging us to make the extra money he advised that they did not need to be rotated. We had 2 of our vehicles serviced here and refuse to go anywhere else moving forward. Rich and Angela were so helpful and so efficient. Highly recommended!!!!

Great customer service, even though they are overwhelmed with work, they still will take the time to explain to you their current situations as pleasantly as possible...they will or may not turn you away or down, it's your decision of course with patience...grade A+ SERVICE !!!

Terrible place to take your car to get anything fixed They are a bunch of crooks I took my car to get fix for one simple thing in they added all these other things to get fix in then after working on my car they gave me back my car with a abs light on when my car didn't go in with that problem in they overcharged mi with the price PLEASE AVOID TAKING YOUR CAR HERE SERIOUSLY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!

Hello Chris,It was a pleasure meeting you today about replacing my rear A/C evaporator in my 2003 GMC Savana 1500 Conversion Van and for your quick diagnosis of adding an auxiliary fan to the A/C condenser to resolve the issue of the AC not cooling when in idle. Two different GMC Dealerships in Fort Lauderdale had me spend together almost $4,000.00 in replacing all of my AC System twice in the last two years. All of my adult life I have always gone to the the dealerships of my vehicles thinking they would be the most knowledgeable for the repairs but most of them now plug in their reader into the car computer to be told what the issue is and just replace it. If they run into an issue that is not answered by the computer reader they just replace parts per trial and error. Chris I wish I would have gone to your shop years ago and had my van fixed the first time and saving thousands of dollars.Thank you,Arnaldo A.Boza Jr.
