I was matched with a dietician at Healthy Steps Nutrition at the end of November to support me in building healthier habits around eating as well as manage potential side effects from a new medication. I have enjoyed how Brittany (my coach) has structured this program such by building a base/foundation by first identifying and working on certain habits (i.e., incorporating more veggies into my daily intake) then drilling down to become more specific. It made this process way less intimidating than other programs I have tried where they have you make drastic changes right away. The HSN app is very user friendly, and you can set it up to send you daily reminders about completing your habits/goals for the day. The HSN team has created HUNDREDS of helpful short videos with helpful information, tips, and tricks as it relates to nutrition, habits, and cooking/recipes. Grateful to have had this opportunity to support me in making lasting changes to my approach to health & nutrition!

Today's AMRAP class was great it consisted of 8 round in 24 minutes. Nikki was very motivating and pushed me to keep going. It's only my first month ever doing CrossFit and am still learning a lot but definitely feel stronger.

I’m 4 months postpartum and it was my first day back at the gym so I’m incredibly grateful for Jason. He worked with me on scaling the WOD to make it easier yet still challenging and his words of encouragement helped me survive the whole class. Jason and his staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and always make you feel welcome. Truly makes the gym experience a lot more exciting (and tolerable lol) when you have a support system like HSN.

Just finished a trial week at HSN. The members, owners and coaches were all great. The place is super clean and well kept. The workouts were challenging but can modified for all skill levels. Highly recommend checking them out. Hoping to start a membership soon.

The nutrition coaching showed me what foods I needed to pair for balanced meals. The accountability made me think twice about having that extra snack or piece of chocolate if I had to take a picture of it. Using a CGM gave me a full colorized picture of food and how I tolerate it. It made me understand how to balance my meals and find an acceptable amount. It showed how exercise impacts my overall health. Definitely worth it! Thank you Brittany for your guidance!

I have been a member at HSN for almost 6 years and every year I always find something new to be grateful for. The main reasons I love HSN are the coaches and community. We work out with a range of members of all ages - from 18 to 60+ years. We're all one big family. We make each other accountable and motivate one another inside and outside of the gym.My nutrition journey has also been an important part of my life. Here, we don't look to count calories but understand what we need to fuel our body with and why. EDUCATION is the keyword here.I always advocate for HSN. When I get asked if I coach or am a nutritionist, I simply say "no". I just have great mentors and a village backing me up. Definitely the community and guidance for someone who is looking to make real and sustainable changes in their health journey.

CrossFit has been life changing for me and I am super happy with HSN! The coaches are amazing and above all the community is so great.
