Convenient costco right off the Florida Turnpike. Fuel here is significantly less expensive than local gas stations. I'm happy to tap my Costco card and get money back. There are 18 pumps & there are still lines with employees wearing vests & directing traffic.

The two optometrists here are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I went in thinking I had seasonal allergies and they very promptly diagnosed me with an eye infection and set me up with a treatment plan. If it weren't for their through eye exam, I probably would have never realized I had a serious eye infection. Their office staff is very kind and very efficient. I look forward to coming here for many years.

I purchased my glasses over a year ago but on Memorial Day weekend one of my nose guards fell off and could not be located. I went first thing Tuesday morning and Juliana was able to replace the nose guard within a minute or two. Very friendly and helpful and now my glasses are once again fit for comfort.

Not used to going into a Costco that isn't packed! A much more pleasant shopping experience than the Costco I frequent when in NJ. It's a Costco, so nothing to say that hasn't been said. If you like Costco, you do, and if you don't, you don't!

This really is the cheapest gas around. The caveat being that you must have a Costco membership card to use it. We don't go out of our way to come here...but when we are planning a shopping trip to Costco, we usually at least top off the tank. Understandably, there are long lines for the gas pumps. Each "side" has three pumps. This time, there was someone directing traffic to the lines and the pumps. That was not always the case in the past. I think it helps a bit. Luckily, the long lines move fairly fast. Some folks don't realize that you can go around someone pumping gas to get to a free pump in front of them. I'm sure we will be back when next in the area...

This location so needs new management and focus like the Parkland store. The store is always busy, but employee focus in store is not always apparent.On todays visit we see what appears to be two managers measuring shelves on seasoning aisle while store is packed and registers are closed and need of additional coverage.We ordered three ice creams at the convenience self register to go. Employees Julio and supervisor Delroy are later found to know the machine is broke and now need client refunds yet take baby steps to avoid quick resolve and 10-12 people that waited more than 20 minutes thinking their just busy. Employee suggested "it's not my fault" to another client, when he is clearly in a position to quickly notify clients of issue, have supervisor make refunds directly, and perhaps provide ANY resolve to individuals that paid and waiting their orders.

Gas prices here are always cheaper than other gas stations. The gas station has many gas filling stations. The lines can get long sometimes but usually move quick. There are indicators that tell you which has filling stations are unoccupied.There is also some staff around the gas station to help you if there is an issue. And of course, you need to have a Costco card to buy gas here.It's convenient as the Costco store and gas station are in the same location.

Where else can you get an 85" TV, paper towels, seasonal candy, and tires? Costco has everything and totally an unforgiving return policy, but only for some. My older boy got me a bottle of Kirkland Rose wine. Why? I don't know. I decided to return it. Being in retail, I never return anything, but I thought if I could exchange it for a different bottle, it would be fine. So I stood in line. The women in front of me had literally a ball of clothes. Most were winter clothes that were worn, she even returned a pair of kids boots with dirty socks inside. Some of these were from 2008, but she had receipts and received FULL refunds. I did not have a receipt, my item is on full display in the wine aisle and I was treated like a thief. I didnt have my sons Costco's card and it's his business card so I didn't have the phone number, so I walked away as a retailer, knowing, it's never worth the time to return something. What I witnessed was disgusting. Not that they didn't take back a bottle of wine, but giving someone money for old used clothes. Costco needs to revise their return policy.

UPDATE: COSTCO MANAGEMENT REACHED OUT AND THEY DID THE RIGHT THING! MY BELIEF IN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT COSTCO HAS BEEN RENEWED! Thank you Crummy experience today with a purchase at Costco a while back. Bought prescription glasses,, wore once, “coating” started to come off. Went back, and they sent them back to get re-coated. Went back today and briefly mentioned my prior situation and the “optical tech” without looking she immediately responded “you scratched them”. I had to tell them that previously Costco had them re-done because of the same thing. Unfortunately, I’ll continue to buy bulk water and toilet paper but no more glasses. Wasn’t looking for anything, just letting them know. BUYER BEWARE!

Manager at optical department "Stacy" is a rude evil and lier person!!!.... All she wants to do is sell you her products without any sympathy of your true needs. She should be fired at once!. She's definitely an embarrassment for Costco!!!

The club is OK here. The gas pumps move quickly but definitely the routing is somewhat annoying. This is right off the Turnpike so many people get on and off to refuel here, so it gets real busy. Thankfully, they have 3 pumps per line and a car indicator. It's fast but still the sheer volume of cars at times can cause a wait.

Would not recommend you're better off going anywhere else besides this location. I once had some crazy c*** almost attack my mother for the crime of being in his way. Had I not been there to keep him in check she would had gotten assaulted.

Great. Intent but the store is beyond packed. Multiple times i have nearly been run over inside the store by other customers when I wasn't walking fast enough. When I shop, i have to take my time or else i forget things. This location may be closer to me, but I avoid the area like the plague. Find another location, Coral Springs or Davie. Avoid this one if you can't handle large crowds.
