Costco pharmacy itself is ok, a 8/10. The representative I dealt with both dropping off and picking up (same person) was the worst, I had to tie my tongue to restrain myself from arguing with her. Customer service was the worst! That rep needs to work in the back and not where she has to deal with customers. Not referring to the out of the box colored hair rep that's always there, she is ok. Overall, though, I would not give them 5 stars.

TV shopping time. Went with a friend who was also in the market-visited Bestbuy, BJs and Costco Leighton at Costco was awesome! The quality of service he provided was amazing. Unfortunately only one of the models we had decided on was in stock (at the store)... so we ended up purchasing both at BJs at a comparable price... but without any sign of customer service So--if in the market for a tv and you also need some good advice, check first with Leighton at Costco/pompano for true quality customer service!

Every single time we go here we just generally have issues. From the workers to the customers. Someone in a truck also hit my boyfriend too??? I know it's pompano technically and all but what the heck. The other day which was the last straw the worker told my boyfriend to go in the back of the line when he was waiting in line like um? I would avoid at all cost. Also My bf got his tires rotated and balanced and he called to see if they were done and they yes when they really weren't. Just go to another costco the service is better.

Had 4 Michelin tires installed Saturday. 48 hrs later the tire pressure light comes on. My wife calls and was told just go to the air hose and fill it up. My claim was: You mounted them with the correct pressure, I assume. Only other thing could be the valve stem, which should have been noticed putting the air in. I could have left the car yet it would take 1.5-2hrs to get to it. Never again.

Wish it would be possible to speak to a representative instead of calling and automatically put on hold and you wait and wait but no one picks up you are just left on hold. When you call back again and try for another department in the hope they can transfer to a front desk Representative but that does not work they put you on automatic hold. You call again and try "administrative " but same deal no one picks up and phone just keep ringing. Great store, great product selections, great prizes but not great customer service!

Easy on & off the Florida turnpike or interstate. Lots of gas pumps, great prices & not too much of a wait. Appreciate that we can tap our Costco credit card rather than the old dip.

In the past few years, we've been buying virtually completely at Costco and getting our medications there as well. We used to shop at Publix and Walmart for our prescriptions . The last time I went to get my refill, they always gave me the excuse that she was by herself and could not refill, so I should come back in another half hour. This was the third time I had gone to get my medications. Sometimes they give you information, but most of the time we don't get any from them, so I had to drive three times on different days. Finally, on the final day, I told them I was leaving for the airport in two hours and had to come back again for another half hour. When we get back from our trip, we'll probably switch to a new pharmacy. Also there is a lady on the afternoon, she's not pleasent at all.

No regulation and operates like a f****** zoo. Terrible Costco I wouldn't recommend. Shoppers and workers are extremely rude and self absorbed. You pay $60 to go to a store that operates like Walmart. Be better and do better or the world will never change.

By far the nicest pharmacy team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A+ customer service and will never make you feel like a number like CVS or Walgreens does. Wish I transferred my care here sooner.

Not used to going into a Costco that isn't packed! A much more pleasant shopping experience than the Costco I frequent when in NJ. It's a Costco, so nothing to say that hasn't been said. If you like Costco, you do, and if you don't, you don't!
