BEWARE! This company is a fraud. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration placed them OUT OF SERVICE in December 2013 yet they continue to misrepresent themsevles through use of other companies' trademarks. Beware of these scam artists.

Don't waste your time getting a quote from this company. They will bombard your email with at least 5 emails a day checking in on you. I requested a quote I still a month later get 5 emails a day. I have called, email, unsubscribed nothing works. So I have been forced to go to BBB and report them all just to get my email address off of their system.

Continental vanlines recently moved my parents from Jersey to Arizona and we couldnt not be happier. They did a great job and went out of there way to please my parents who are both 83+ years old. I would definately recommend continental vanlines as your own mover... Thank you boys!

Do not use this company. While they are not the movers, they do choose the moving companies and they obviously don't care who they use.We had to turn in 67 pictures of damages. Expensive bedroom set completely ruined, legs broken off both dressers. I had to reassemble our babies crib, it would have fallen apart if i felt it the way they did. It was also ruined from them putting finished ends on backwards now there are hug marks all over it. Our desk was put back together with the wrong screws permanently damaging it, total loss. Washer and dryer smashed and dinged, 50 inch TV broken, multiple pieces not put back together or put in correct rooms. No word back from claims department yet, but the actual damages exceed the entire cost of the move. They showed up 12 hours late first day, they had to get local hotel and start the next day. You would expect they would be there first thing, we had to call them at 9 and woke them up, they showed up 2 hours later. My wife left a day later then they did driving with a 2 year old, a dog and 2 cats and she showed up at our new house 2 days before they did. The crew was a dad, his 18 and 15 year old kids, labor laws say hello. If you value your items use someone else. They told us we could use a credit card for payment, it was a deciding factor when choosing a company, when they showed up at the new house the demanded certified funds and withheld our items for a day while i raised hell over the phone. After threatening with a lawsuit they agreed to take our CC payment and we got all of our damaged items. Our payment was also incorrect, next review is to the BBB. Run away from this company

I had the worst experience with this company. Unbeknownst to me they are a broker, not a moving company. Having never had experience with moving where I didn't do it myself, I believed all they told me, including the necessity of putting down a $799.49 deposit. The person I talked to gave me a very reasonable estimate, and once I put down the deposit told me he'd be my go-to person, would take very good care of me, etc. I believed it completely. A week before the move, someone else called to confirm everything and gave me an estimate of about twice the first amount. I called back within an hour, but they were closed, so I left a message. When they finally called me back the end of the next day, they told me I didn't give enough notice and their records showed I had called that same morning so I was just out of luck. What??? Weeks later I finally contacted an attorney about getting my deposit refunded. He had as much trouble with their communication system as I had - being transferred multiple times, being put on hold for long periods of time, etc - and the best they would part with was $150. When I received the paperwork via email to sign, it stated (paraphrased) that they did nothing wrong and were just giving me that token amount to shut me up. They made $650 for doing absolutely nothing. I am told this is a common practice. Don't waste your time on this company.

Recently moved from New Jersey to Florida. I hired Continental Van Lines Inc. to do the job. Pricing was very reasonable. The movers showed up on time and had my things in Florida in time to setup. Everybody from sales to the movers were courteous. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends for their move.

Run far and fast! They are the worst ever and not a moving company; they are a broker and will give your move to anybody off the street! The people that showed up to pick up my stuff were flat out SCARY! This after I had been promised they used their own trucks and packers, lies. The people told me they were day workers with no experience! They threw my stuff on a dirty, UNMARKED truck. They arrived late - delivered late and my stuff is ruined. The info they gave me to file a claim? bogus and fake! My mattresses arrived looking like they were opened, slept on, and urinated upon. PS: The company they supposedly contracted this move with: Air One, out of Los Angeles.
