I recently had my Rivian repaired at Collision Care Xpress, and the service was truly exceptional—if not excellent. Pat Campos was fantastic throughout the entire process. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything upfront, setting clear expectations from the beginning and delivering on every promise.
Fixing an EV can be full of unknowns, but with Pat and the team at Collision Care Xpress, I always felt like they had my back. I genuinely appreciated their transparency and dedication, which put my mind at ease. While I hope I don’t need to see them again due to another accident, if I ever do need collision repairs, Pat and Collision Care Xpress will absolutely be my first choice!

They do outstanding body work regarding collision damage for Teslas. However, the car was delivered to me very dirty interior wise. The follow ups from the assigned manager needs to improve.

Patricia Campos was excellent. Provided punctual and detailed updates on repairs and parts arrivals. Very kind and polite, made it into a very pleasant experience. Excellent work, super convenient with towing from my home to being able to drop off Enterprise rental right at the facility. Too notch operation from start to finish!

This has been one amazing wonderful experience. Wow they have blown me away. My name is William Gonzalez and they hit my Tesla model x window working. Tesla could not figure it out but they did.
