Called with legitimate questions “Randy” couldn’t be bothered to engage and when I called him out on it he told me he was busy.
I was unaware they didn’t sell the product I have been buying from other local stores and then had a question about a product they do sell and his response was to talk to the boss.
This guy definitely should not be answering this businesses calls. As someone who loves supporting small business and buying a lot my product from local shops this place just lost an ideal customer as clearly they only care about profits and not the hobby aspect of the business. Based on reviews and my experience if you’re wanting to just grade cards and squeeze profit out of the hobby yeah come to this place. If you want to go somewhere that is driven by the passion of the hobby, I’d say go elsewhere. Randy I’d recommend not answering the phone if you’re too busy to engage a potential customer.

Submitted cards for PSA grading at Collect a Con Orlando at the end of May thru Cognizant. It is now September, dashboard still shows I have 0 submissions even though I had 7 cards submitted and paid for the processing fee and submitted the forms. Called multiple times thru the months and at this point I've pretty much given up. At this point just taking it as a loss and not expecting my cards back. 0/10 experience.
Edit #1 to response: last contact was on 8/23. Haven’t heard anything since.
