This chase branch is so horrible I am seriously considering just pulling out all of my (7) accounts and going to another bank. I used to go to the Lake Worth branch and they were absolutely wonderful, but it's a 40m drive from where I live now. So unfortunately, it's bye bye chase after 15 years.

The attention provided by Luis and his manager was just dreadful The did not help me with cashing out a 50 usd check, giving all sort of excuses when I had previously cash out a check at other branches. Horrible Service Horrible Attention No consideration at all for clients Shameful
