Great staff and great management! Terry & Ravi helped me a lot recently. Hermane, the manager, is a great leader. Manager, tellers and bankers are competent and friendly. It is definetely pleasant to bank in this branch.

The worst service. My boyfriend went twice this week and it was awful. 1. Asked for a blue pen and the teller gave him a blue money bag 2. The guy at the register today (3/1/2024 12:30 pm ish) was being extremely rude to an older lady in front of us that was trying to make a withdrawal. Unnecessarily creating a hostile environment.

Chase's approach to customer service has drastically changed, to the point where their branch managers exhibit a flippant and condescending attitude.
I have been a customer with Chase, using their non-interest checking accounts for 21 years—until today. Today marks the day I decide to close both my business and personal accounts, into which I have consistently deposited in the low to lower mid six-figure range annually over these two decades. This is substantial capital that Chase has been able to leverage in the Central Bank, while I have received no returns, and have even incurred fees, just so I can have the convenience of making payments. Previously, I had a banker assigned to my accounts, but now my average daily balance apparently does not meet the threshold to qualify for a relationship manager. The dismissive and patronizing manner in which I was informed of this by this branch manager today has prompted me not only to close my accounts but also to report this experience to the Office of Financial Regulation (OFR).
It's disheartening to say, but Chase has descended to the lowest of the low in banking services.
I highly recommend avoiding this branch, and Chase altogether.

Worst experience ever. Because I come in at 10 mins before I get no service. I’m trying to open an account with a $60k check. Two african american nasty teller and manager bad attitude to speak to me saying they close 5pm sharp!! I would never do business with Chase
