This company is a very very nice company to work for only one issues I have there is that driver's deserve a raise of $29 -$30 but trust me guys it is a great company to work for the boss name is Tony he is a great person he have a lot of respect to his employees

Very bad company to ship anything with. I will never use this company again. Very bad customer service. Ship some turbos and injectors and they go "missing" and get $80 in return ofThem losing 4,000 worth of parts. Thanks central transport your guys company truly sucks.

If I could give them minus 1 star I would. I am forced to use them through a third party logistics company. They never pick up the freight the same day, could sit on dock for days. I worry when I am forced to give them any freight. You can only speak with customer service and I question what they tell me to be true and you are not allowed to speak with anyone at the terminals directly. They are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I ship with many different freight companies and they are the worst. I would not recommend no matter how low a rate they give you.

should be 0 out of 5. carrier canceled shipment. Said shipment was pickup yesterday. How do you pickup yesterday order when new was requested this morning? all locations in Florida have bad reviews. stay away.

Scheduled a pick up for Monday - they never showed up. I called they said the driver will come on Tuesday - they never showed up. Called again they said Wednesday - they never showed up. Called on Friday- they told me we are scheduled for the next Monday. No update email, no update phone call. Worst service ever.

Had an incident with a driver And called the company and nothing kept on asking me if it was my fault instead of asking why the driver was aggressive with me for asking a question and he was calling me out of my name.

I came to pick my package up and drove 1 hour and turns out no one is here. It says you guys are open and even called to see before coming. I dont know when i am going to be available to come again. I got put on hold many times and they hanged up twice. I waited 40 minutes out side the building calling to see if there was any way that i could receive my package.

The driver of a 15k shipment we had deliver to our house said he could not drop off the item at my driveway. Further, he told my 80 year old mother that she had to take the item out of the truck herself, because he was "just a driver." So repulsive service. Another different driver came out two days later, very professional, drop the item off himself in two second using a pulley. Sweet Jesus, the first guy could have done the same, but refused.

Didn’t have a commercial address with dock so Ebay seller shipped to Central Transport for pickup. The staff was very courteous, efficient and even let me disassemble my pallet into the four parts I had shipped (I don’t have a truck so this was very helpful). Overall a great experience

We have used many trucking companies over the past 4 years and this one by far has been the worst service and experience, ever. Our shipment was days late, there was no shipment information (no eta, no notice that they don’t work on the weekends, no weight info, nor did they say we needed our own loader to unload), complete lack of communication from their end. You have to call customer service and ask for information, if you don’t ask, they won’t tell you. This is the first time using this company so maybe we will give it another chance but as of now we highly DO NOT recommended using this company.
