Nice people, they tow my car because I parked on a disability spot(my stupidity), I'm not disabled, I thought was allowed since I see many illiterate people doing it. But I was caught! Not doing it again

It sucks to have your car towed, but they made it very easy to get my car back. I paid my bill, my car wasn't damaged, and I went on my way. The gentleman kept calling me to make sure I was on my way and told me that if I was a few minutes late he would wait for me.
