Had a birthday party here with 12 ppl. Leslie was our party leader. She was awesome!!! Very attentive to the kids and super patient. She walked them through the process even our later comers. She told the kids stories and kept their attention even though it was a mixed crowd of 2-8 year olds and difficult. Couldn't be a better experience!!!!! Other staff had to help out as well and all the ladies here were great! Thank you all from the Aubree. G party!!! We had a great time.

The manager JORDAIN made the experience for a two year olds birthday AWFUL. She was the most stuck up and rude person ever. She does not make the experience magical AT ALL. I do not recommend coming here please save your children from JORDAIN and her ugly attitude

Jordan or Jordain is mean and unfriendly. She has no interest in helping customers or making the Build a Bear Experience enjoyable for children. For some families BAB is a once in a lifetime kind of thing because of the price and they don’t deserve to be treated how Jordain treats guests!!

Please stay away from Jordain at this location. It is very well known that you can bring your child to build a bear for a birthday bear, and have a great experience doing so. Unfortunately you will get anything but with Jordain. Not only did she not allow the child to engage in any of the building process she mislead her mother into allowing her child to chose any bear from the wall for the birthday price only to at the end of the service when the child was finished and holding the completed animal, tell her that the bunny she fell in love with was not part of the deal. She couldn’t apologize or admit her wrong doings… instead, she took the completed bear from the 2 YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY GIRL and replaced it with the correct one. Even then stitching it up without letting her put in the bears heart or the sound effects that were previously chosen.
No one goes to BUILD a bear to buy an over priced bear, they go for the BUILDING experience and to rob a 2 year old child of that on their birthday is unacceptable. BUILD A BEAR MAKE THIS RIGHT.

The absolute worst experience with Jordain today. My daughters birthday is today and we were the first and only ones there getting her birthday bear, upon arriving there was no smile no happy birthday zero personality or acknowledgment…she told me to choose any one on the wall after stating we are here for the birthday bear - we go through the whole experience which again zero personality and my daughter falls in love with a specific pink bunny we even got sounds and accessories then stuff hits the fan upon checkout.. at the end she says well that’s not the birthday bear so we had to take the bunny away and get the ugly brown bear .. she went to go stuff it barely because it was still skinny and flat and didn’t even take my daughter with her to fill it, no birth certificate and we got the cardboard house but she just threw it in there and huffed and puffed loudly .. if you don’t have patience or hate people please work somewhere else. It’s not nice to treat kids and people this way on their birthday :( she wasn’t nasty or mean but was just rude and antisocial and had no personality … don’t even think about having a party with her there with your kids

Leslie was absolutely amazing and everyone else that was in there. We specifically drove to this one based on the reviews and were not disappointed!! Can not recommend coming here enough and if you can ask for Leslie, she’ll make the experience even more magical!!

I had my son's birthday party here and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was enthusiastic, helpful, understanding of our large group's needs, and overextended themselves to ensure every child in our group felt that their plush was special, might I add, even as we approached closing time. My son loved the heart ceremony the most. Great job. ??
