I’m currently a tenant and every time I call, or email I never receive a response. They do maintenance without notification, such as turning of the water. and finally if you expect for something to be fix for instance a dryer, it takes over a month and a half of non stop calling, emails, and walking into the office *that’s...

Will shut water off random days of the week for hours, then want renters to pay for water now if you sign a new lease. Random people will park in your assigned spot and security does nothing. Rushed renovated apartments so they can hit their numbers. Horrible lease renewal options

I’ve been living here at the Breezes for a few years now. I have nothing to complain about. Every time I call or need assistance Toni jumps to make sure it’s done. Even if I just walk into the office I could be having a bad day she makes me smile. Thanks for being so awesome Toni.
