OMG! I absolutely LOVEEEEE the protein shakes they are literally the BEST I HAVE EVERRRR HAD! The Teas are also AMAZING they are so refreshing. I always get and extra shot of collagen and it’s amazing. The owners are such fabulous people very welcoming and friendly people. They go over and beyond for their customers. They prepare each drink and snack with so much love. I love these people and their business. I will not purchase protein drinks from anywhere else.

Bought two shakes this morning before our workout... they were good, however, got home and saw that there was a special posted today for a "free slice of pie with your consumption"...At no time were we made aware of this while there... ?

They have these protein deserts that our out of this world!!!!! I'm a sweet person but need to watch, these are my new desserts!!:) I just stopped in today for an immune boost drink, which was great! I will go back for the protein shakes Glad to support small businesses!!!!!! You must try them
