After five years as a loyal client at Brazilian Touch Hair Salon, I moved closer to Jacksonville. Struggling to find a salon offering keratin treatment, I traveled 12 hours round trip to see Viddi for highlights and keratin. Using top-notch Brazilian keratin products, this salon excels. Clau is a savante when it comes to hair. I have difficult to maintain, thick, wavy hair that is red in color and it has been hard to find someone who can handle it. She always matches the color perfectly just by looking at it and cuts my hair to match my face shape. She takes her time no matter how busy she is. Also, I am always squeezed in to their schedule (I prefer deciding when to come in last minute). If you need quality, come here.

I found it absurd and lack of respect. No more manicurist Mychelle is a great professional, helpful and does a great job. The problem is the daughter of the owner of the establishment who had no respect for me.
