My experience here was like a family oriented kind moment being here. I didn't have a phone when I came here and was in need. The kind young woman working at this store actually allowed me to use their store landline to contact all of my friends in my last phone in the contacts which was out of service to ask for help.When staff realized that I couldn't get any help from anyone, the ever so kind manager named "Maj'd" came out of the back room and he gave me a very old fashioned tiny Samsung to borrow for a few days until I was able to come back and get what I needed.The manager then later sold me a very nice Boost device with a screen protector and he kindly installed the screen protector to be courteous. To this day I'm still so grateful for the kindness of staff here at this location, they were so nice to me. I'd definitely come back here, and to this day I still have the phone they sold me. The antique Samsung I borrowed was returned to the store.

the new insurance company is crap and the new customer service center can't actually help you!!
since a recent merger they are screwing working class people...
the unlimited plan isn't unlimited and they can stop your service at their discretion and keep ur next months bill amount on your account and refuse to pay back for services jot provided.
if u Have boost SWITCH. before u get robbed too.

Despite the fact that this store is not in the greatest area, regardless they still were extremely helpful and attended to my aid as I was in desperate need of some kind of help to be able to have cell phone service that I was in desperate need of. The kindness shown to me by these individuals working at this location was just shocking especially being that the neighborhood really isn't the greatest, I was part of good activity going inside of this store which was certainly better than whatever may be going on outside their doors. Staff here was extremely cooperative when I was trying to get help from my friends and family by staff being so kind as to lending me their store landline phone multiple times just to help me help THEM make the phone sale. I'd definitely recommend this store with such SHOCKINGLY KINDEST people working here! Staff like this are very rare nowadays and we need more people like this in this world. It costs $0 to be kind.

I am truly in love with this Boost Mobile store. The new owners have the best personalities and work with you until you are totally satisfied. They take the time to explain everything about the phones and the service that you are entitled to. There professionalism is bar none the best and the new facility is developing into a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this merchant as I know you will not be disappointed!

I come to this store pretty often, and was surprised to see new owners. I was pleasantly surprised with how they already started remodeling it, which it extremely needed! And they actually have all the phones in stock others stores don't carry. I bought a gold iPhone 8 for a great price, and was able to get a discount for trading in my phone. Adam was the sales person that helped me. He was nice, and knew his stuff. I have to say, the customer service was on point, and glad they have a Boost store in Pompano finally. Thank you Boost Mobile of Pompano!
