I'm editing this to reflect that Avi stepped in and addressed my concerns. The issues with the jewelry remain what they were but I am satisfied with how Avi has handled this problem and I am again open to shopping with Body Jewelry again at some point in the future. I've upgraded my review to 3 stars to reflect the balance between me now being satisfied but still recognizing there had been a problem.I say 1 star because there aren't negative stars. I bought a "Pair of Ear Tapers with Snake Design Surgical Steal 8g -Sold as a pair" from Body Jewelry dot com, SKU 36330. The description says it is a pair but it doesn't tell you that is isn't so much a pair as it is 2 identical pieces meaning 2 lefts. It says it is an 8g when it is actually a 6g with the 8g part being about an inch in past the 6g part. So you have to be stretched to 6g to wear the 8g. They then asked me to review the product so I did and I said what I just said. Then Michi blocks my review and wants to teach me about how the description is on point. And this is why I say I want negative stars to review this company because there is at least one review for this product but they are blocking it. It is not represented as it actually is and the company actively controls its reviews instead of improving their business plan. That is dishonest at best and why I won't be doing business with them any more.

I ordered what were listed as light blue anodized titanium plugs (they are tunnels, and I see that from the pictures). I have a severe metal allergy and can only wear titanium body jewelry. After putting in my new tunnels, my ears started to itch. I thought it was irritation from changing the jewelry. Except it got worse, and eventually, my ears began to hurt. So I removed the tunnels and discovered that what was supposed to be blue anodized titanium was an unknown metal with a blue coating that was very clearly peeling away. I’m now dealing with an allergic reaction due to the miss advertisement of this product. No were on the listing does it state these tunnels are coated to look like anodized titanium. I tried leaving a review on the actual website and was blocked from doing so.

i only ordered two things and one was a set of hoops than a Cartilage earring they only sent me one hoop tried calling no answer said to get a faster reply to text did that nothing. what a waste was my first and last order don't waste your time or money

Bought a 14K gold belly ring for my girlfriend for $200. Came in looking great but hours after her wearing it (with little to no contact to the ring) it broke in three pieces. The ball top wouldn’t screw on properly which ended up popping off, as well as one of the diamonds on the ring. Sent in the product since it was defective but all they offered me was to buy an additional top for $55. No exchange was given. $200 wasted. 0/5 stars. Items are defective, but have ridiculous prices. Poor customer service.

Just bought a septum ring today and the lady at the store did a wonderful job in helping me select a ring that matched my taste and size. They also gave me a spiked septum ring for free and two hats! The employees went above and beyond in making my experience a delightful one at the store. I’ll surely be going back there to buy more body jewelry!

First and last purchase from this business. Beware of the return policy as you cannot return any 14K gold products, worn or not, which is ridiculous. I should have gone with Alluring Body who prides themselves on customer satisfaction even if you have to return or exchange an item multiple times.
