Everyone of the men who came to our home to pack and load were very nice and polite. They did everything we asked of them. They were very kind towards my wife. Zero was especially kind to her.

I recently worked with the folks at Beltmann Pompano Beach on 2 High Profile jobs. 1 was to pick up & pack collectible drum sets, the other was to dismantle, protect, and transport art from Jupiter FL.
The Beltmann staff did a great job on both and our customers are extremely pleased.

Top notch service and care! Our move was seamless thanks to the team at Beltmann. Starting with Wes in the office, he was great with scheduling and provided a fair / accurate pricing estimate. Our moving date had to be changed due to a delay with closing, and they accommodated our request with no issues. Looney and his team in the field were great. They handled all of our stuff with great care. They provided a detailed list of all items and boxes that were moved, this was very helpful. Quick set up of large furniture. No damages. Would use again and recommend to family and friends. A+ rating!!!

They were used by APC for last mile delivery service. Coordinators are unprofessional and rude, also poor at communicating delivery windows and do not responded to emails.
Was promised a delivery window on a Friday for a Monday delivery, never heard back even after following up. Team randomly showed up on Monday. Brought the product in with zero packaging. Company states this due to debris removal but the unit was brought completely into the building unwrapped. Never saw boxes etc which was odd, and never had an opportunity to request boxes be left.

We recently moved from Fort Lauderdale to Austin. The whole team has been super helpful making our moving much less stressful. They will call you every day during the week leading up to the moving to see if everything is ok, and will also follow through during moving day.

I can’t say enough good things about this moving company. They helped me move my Mom while I was out of state. It was a complicated move that had two stops. They took a lot of time and care to make sure the job was done. Top notch service and staff. These guys worked their butts off. 11 out of 10 would recommend.

We never heard from this company after claiming a box was missing when they did the deliver of my house goods in MA. Very important parts of my furniture were missing: the legs to my sofa bed, the support of my big TV, furniture screws … etc I submitted a claim and they never responded. We are very disappointed with North American Van lines / Beltmann Group Inc.

Overall, top notch service! We used Beltmann through NA Van Lines to move from Miami to Chicago. They also coordinated everything to ship one of our cars. Both pickup and delivery teams were quick and careful with everything. No scratches on any of the furniture and all boxes were accounted for. David’s confidence in his team and the competitive quote made it a no brainer. He was extremely responsive and gave us the reassurance we needed throughout the process. Couldn’t ask for a better moving experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Beltmann again.

If I could give them a 0-star review, I would. Professional liars, they do not take responsibility for their horrors, and on top of that they invent a story accusing me of being a liar, when I have proof of the disaster they made with my move, and that they, fraudulently, altered documentation that I will present as evidence in court.Already tired of trying to reach a reasonable and civilized settlement with them, I have decided to pursue legal action in small claims court. My advice: stay away from them.

It's ok. You have to schedule to get to your storage. But the warehouse workers are always helpful.
