Chris is simply the best customer service person ever. He listens & he works with the customer. He has some very nice, unique pieces of furniture & in comparison to the more renowned furniture are NOT over-priced. If you ever have an issue he's willing to work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with everything. Go see him for any type of furniture, decor pieces, rugs, mattress, consoles etc. You WON'T be disappointed!! Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

The owner, Chris spent time with me to understand what I was looking for in a sectional. He had what I wanted at a good price. It was delivered within a couple days. The delivery person was great. At the very end when he was removing the empty boxes, the hand truck got caught on the front door raised tiles. I reported the accident to Chris and he said he would have it fixed. Honestly, it is better than what was there. I had Chris look for a coffee table for me. He sent me a few options. I went to the showroom to see the one I liked and ordered it. This is a very reputable company and I’m happy to support them. The service, product quality and price are 5 star.

I fell in love with the mattress on our Disney Cruise. I did some research and found out Beds Best Bargain carried that mattress. I contacted them and confirmed they have the mattress and could ship it to me in Knoxville TN. They gave me a great price and shipped it within a week. I really appreciate the service, the quality bed and the price.
