Beachway Shopping Plaza is located on US-1 in East Pompano Beach. Built in 1956, it features a large variety of tenants including Subway, West Marine, Kumon Learning Center, Zona Fresca, Old School Philly Cheesesteaks, Quest Diagnostics, Luxe Nails, dental offices, dance studios, F45 fitness center, barber shops, and insurance agencies. The plaza has a large parking lot with about 110 spaces, which customers find very convenient. While some note that parking can be limited for the popularity of the place, it is appreciated for not requiring parallel park. Zona Fresca is highlighted as very good, with amazing food including fish tacos.
This plaza used to have a lot of useful businesses in the past that mostly have closed and gradually been replaced with newer ones I'm not very familiar with but I do go to Zona Fresca in this plaza and it's very good.
