Really bad. They did the ole bait and switch on me. Told me I need all this stuff done that would be several hundred dollars, that wasn't what I came in for. I acted like I knew nothing about cars on purpose which is what elicited this. So when I didn't listen to any of their nonsense suggestions, years later, sure enough the car didn't need any of it.

Very professional and very knowledgeable car care center with the latest technology. This is a mom and pop operation. The owner, Jim, is honest, respectful, caring and very helpful. Very fair prices. A throwback to the old days when you could trust the people taking care of your car.

I swear mechanics like to charge for the make even though the work is the same. But my favorite is when these mechanics justify the cost, like people in their 40s never had to talk to a shady person, aka mechanics.
If you supply your own tires, it'll be $200. Yeah okay only an idiot will agree to that. Look around literally all his competitors are cheaper. But he was polite so ill give it

Jim and his crew are amazing. I have been going to them for years because I appreciate that they always do a thorough diagnostic and communicate throughout the process. I had an issue with my car and while trying to diagnose they found an unrelated issue that needed to be addressed more urgently but could be done while they were doing the original service. Jim called me everyday to give me an update and performed the repair fast and as inexpensive as possible. I recommend Banner Tire to all my friends and family.

Jim is the most condescending arrogant and quite frankly incompetent mechanic that should not be trusted to change a light bulb. If you want to be treated like a child because you are not a mechanic and throw your hard earned money away, he's your guy. I will tell anyone that asks me for a mechanic to avoid Banner at all costs
