They would be better off having robots work instead of people, you'd get better customer service. No greetings, very cold demeanor from tellers, and always change up the protocol when cashing a check.

By far one of the worst banking institutions on the east coast. False information is given out like it is a routine. Also god forbid you lose or misplace your debit card that can be at least a 3 week process. I wouldn't reccomend this bank to my enemies. Whatever you do stay far away from this bank you will not he happy
