This is the worst bank ever! I come to make a quick deposit on a loan acct and wait in line for 45 minutes, every single time. This time I'm learning and taking my business else where, it's ridiculous: they are full of managers telling people what to do but only 2 people behind the glass. People who run businesses, they should be taken to the side and spoken to one on one with a team member.. over 5 transactions should be handled in a more professional manner. Not holding up a line and having 17 people in your line waiting. I have used my entire lunch period waiting in line. I make deposits at Wells Fargo, BB&T, Chase... and never do I experience the wait that I do at this location. Not even in other BOA. It's ridiculous. The managers need to step up.

I put in 100 dollars cash and the ATM counted 60 dollars. The support number doesn't work and there's no one to talk to. I've been waiting for 20 minutes.

Bank is understaffed and unwilling to help customers unless you have an appointment. There is only 1 notary on site so good luck

This bank is definitely one of the worst in customer service, managers pass by you at least 3 times and disappear without asking if they can help you with something, it’s very unprofessional how they pass by you and Don’t even look at you.

I am not sure why this branch is even open and allowed to operate when the employees are all RUDE & have no regards for anyone but themselves! This is by far the WORST BoA branch. The manager, Andrea, is condescending and lacks customer service skills. I took my business to Wells Fargo on Sample & University, which turned out to the a very wise decision.

It is a sin, with a Institution that surely makes HUGE PROFIT DOES not have the adequate staff at the tellers, NO I do not want to hear the excuse, COVID! The. Manager of this location is very incompetent as sh has proofed it over and over not addressing this issue...POOR Management! Chase just sent me a coupon for $250to change, May be it time to go for it?
