I have been a a customer for several years with badcock. From the moment that I met Alex and Angela they have always been the same I always gave me best service. Angela takes her time help me pick out what I need and she just being a good help to me. I can not ask for a better customer care. These guys are super they make you feel like family.

We loved our experience at this location and thry hace so much to choose from and some if the nucest staff i know ESPECIALLY Mrs.Sue Andrews she was PHENOMENAL like the definition of an angel she was attentive and expli6ned everything well even when we were confused and had this lady repeating herself at least 101! Times, she still was nice calm and respectful and she was able to enteract with us and made sure we made the best decision even going the extra mile and alowing us to take homs something amazing making sure we remember her. Dont sleep on Mrs.Sue. i will 💯% coming back.

I normally have good service and quality furniture from Badcock. I have been shopping there for many years annd my Mom shopped there for all of our home furniture’s. Right now I bought and paid for carpet that’s not in stock. I’m still waiting for it to come available in the warehouse so that I can pick it up. I won’t do this again.

This was my first time ever purchasing furniture from Badcock. I was really excited for my frame to come in as I just moved into a new property. I wasn’t there for my delivery, my parents were and I’m guessing they signed off the papers so unfortunately I wasn’t there to inspect the sturdiness of the wood that was supposedly going to hold my mattress and my weight. When I got home to view the frame, it didn’t look as sturdy as I liked it to be. I ignored the looks and proceeded to go to sleep. It was late, I was tired, and just ready for bed. In the middle of the night, my bed suddenly collapsed. My son and I woke up immediately. I’m really disappointed that my bed frame broke the same day I received it. For the price of the bed frame I expected for the material to at least be sturdy enough to handle a 145lb 5’1ft woman. I was interested in getting my money back and just purchasing a new frame from somewhere else as I am not satisfied with the product I purchased from Badcock. Hopefully, you guys see my message and sympathize with my situation. Please do your research before ever purchasing furniture. As I failed to do so.. Thank you..
