Kevin Jones and D’Angelo are the BEST delivery men. Not only are they professional and polite but highly respective to your home. From simple things such as covering their shoes to closing your door when not in use. They are just amazing, relatable , quick with furniture set up and really represent the Badcock brand well. Ask for them if you have any deliveries. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you gentlemen!

Credit manager Alex is amazing, I've been a happy customer for over 9 years, however My most recent experience wasn't good. I was lied to about my monthly payment and when I tried to resolve it, nothing was done. In my opinion Sue isn't trustworthy.Shame Shame for being dishonest, you lost all my future business.

I accidentally gave them the wrong address to drop off location and instead of calling my number they left I watch them leave from my window no one was answering when I called multiple times now I have to wait until Tuesday to get my couch?? completely unprofessional I was waiting for my couch to be delivered today this is terrible never again next time I’m going somewhere else

If I could give this store Zero stars I would. Luis the sales associate is very RUDE & NASTY I reported this store to cooperate head quarters because of how unprofessional he was. I will never purchase from this location.
