Overprice, they all time want to be decided what you should do. Terrible manners, they talk like they are at a pool party All the time trying to convince you what color and argument about the hair toward you to do what they want because they can wait for the right color and the Gran Finale is the price...just unbelievable ....MUCH MORE THAN MIZNER HAIR SALON. My mistake is I didn't ask how much it gonna cost before starting the process on my hair. They are not an honest and fair price. they took advantage of me.

RIPPED OFF on Christmas Eve. We popped in from out of town to see if there was an opening for 2 little girls haircuts. After a TOTAL of 29 Minutes in the chair -- start to finish (i.e. each girls cut took less than 15 minutes) -- they Charged us $120!! This is for a 5 year old and a 3 year olds haircuts. They didn't even get their hair washed. My jaw absolutely dropped. I didn't know what to do, I said, "are you serious...?" and the front desk lady made some argument that they charge for time and that their prices are posted all over Facebook and Instagram. Well, after paying and absolutely ruining my experience on Xmas eve and my 3 year olds first hair cut, I went to Facebook (this crappy salon doesn't even have a real website) and it says they charge $60 for a Women's haircut (40 minutes). I called back after we left to tell them they overcharged us according to their own pricing, and the lady agreed to Zelle me a $20 refund. Still $100 for 29 minutes of time. I've never felt so ripped off in my entire life. Run run run -- these people don't deserve your money and are literally crooks. And the cuts aren't even great.

Amazing team!!!! Relaxed atmosphere, friendliness and charisma ?!!!! In particular, I highly recommend Rebeca….. I went there for highlights… as I didn't know how to express what I wanted very well (my fault), I didn't really like the result… I told her, who promptly (even though she answered me out of turn, and I saw that she was late for an appointment), she was super helpful and redid all the work, with the same friendliness, dedication, and professionalism... her words: I want you to leave here happy with the result!!! And I left much more than happy: it exceeded my best expectations!!!! I recommend 10000x!!!!

It seems to me they were able to gather the best professionals in each of their area. Nail tech, stylist, eyebrow threading, they all do a great job in everything they do. Price is fair given what they provide and the quality of their service. Definitely not looking any further whenever I need to get a cut, nails, color or anything else related to beauty.
