Carlos was very quick and efficient! I had to replace my battery and he made the process so painless. Had me out of there in 15 minutes! I would recommend anyone to go in and see Carlos for your auto needs.

I've been coming here for years, but today was an even better experience with Carlos helping me! I checked advanced auto parts first, and their prices were CRAZY, so I tried auto-zone, where Carlos helped me find the price I wanted to pay! He also installed it for me in less than 2 minutes! What a great experience!
*update* Carlos and Omar were both great and extremely helpful and today I went there expecting to see at least one of them because I know they will help. Instead, I was helped by a woman, who didn't really know what I needed and I asked another man that was there, but he refused to help me. He kept saying he was going to get a drink and never actually left. I had my two kids with me, a toddler and a car seat and they could clearly see I was having a hard time and still refused to help. I am very disappointed with this recent experience. I left and will have to either go to advanced auto parts or wait until Carlos or Omar are back to give me reasonable customer service.

Consistently unprofessional management at night... June 10, 2024: First was the "What you need?" asked from the "Manager." Next, I was refused diagnostics, with no customers in line at 8:20pm, and was told to return in the morning (as if I didn't come at night bc I'm available in the morning).
