These guys are top notch. I recently made a purchase for a Nissan truck lift kit from a company on the west coast who claimed to have it in stock. However, 5 weeks later the only claim to fame they had was lawsuits from screwing people. So after a conversation with the Kern County DA, I sought out for a lift kit from somewhere else. I called these guys, spoke to Mike, and Mike went above and beyond for me. Turned the lift kit out unbelievably quick and arrived to me in no time. absolutely no issue with the install, all parts and hardware included, and a great quality. I owe these guys big for picking up and handling my issues, and supplying me fast with just what i needed. Absolutely recommend to anyone. I definitely will be making future purchases here!!!

I received AMAZING customer service from Mike when I called in about part fitment, not only did he stay on the line and answer many obscure questions but was also able to provide me a solution that I couldn't find anywhere on the internet. I really hope he gets credit for his knowledge, service and professionalism as he spent close to an hour answering my questions. Thanks to Mike they have defiantly earned my bussiness.

Ordered parts 3 weeks ago. Told three days later that the parts were out for powder coating. After 11 days, I was told again the parts were out for powder coating. Now, 3 weeks later, I am told the parts are still being manufactured.Maybe it would be a good idea to make the parts before selling them.

I give then one star as there is no option for zero stars. Ordered parts three weeks ago and was told three days later that they parts were out for powder coating. Asked again 11 days later and was, again, told they were out for powder coating. Now, three weeks later, i am told that are still being manufactured. Call me crazy, but it might be a good idea to make the parts BEFORE selling them...

I emailed a question to them several hours after they had closed yet I received a response within 15 minutes. They fabricated my parts, shipped them, and they were at my door within a week. Even better, the quality was exceptional.

I’ve ordered a few things from these guys and I will continue to. I had a few things that took a while but that wasn’t on them they have to deal with the same stuff everyone else does. They have good pricing and great customer service! The only reason I was able to be so patient waiting for my parts was because they are very transparent. They always let me know where my stuff was and approximate times. I like how professional they are and I’ve been happy with everything I’ve ordered so far!

I highly recommend this company. Very good customer experience. I emailed questions about fitment on my vehicle. I got prompt responses. I ordered the part and it was promptly shipped. Very satisfied.

Will never do business with this company again; wish I could leave ZERO stars. I placed an order on July 31st, with the expectation set from their website, that parts could take up to 3 weeks. 3.5 weeks later I received 1 part of my order. I contacted them to ask about the rest of the order, and at this time (August 25th) I was told it could take 10-12 weeks from the time i ordered. Disappointed, i requested that the rest of the parts be shipped in one shipment, and Mike V agreed to do that. On october 2nd, i asked for an update because I received ZERO communication from them. Oct 12, i was told i wohld receive another tracking number that week. Oct 21, after I initiated another email saying I hadn't seen any new parts, i was told i would see it before the end of the week. Little did I know, I again received only part of my order. After asking what happened to the rest, i was told i would get 2 more shipments (still not in compliance with my request to receive 1 order) and that they would "ship out in November". Yup an entire month long time frame. November 20th (16 weeks from order, 4 weeks after longest guess from them) I asked when i might receive my order. I was then told 10-15 business days. After 15 business days, and on December 13th (19 weeks after placing my order) i requested a refund. Mike V refused to refund my money and all of sudden the parts were ready. Writing this now, I still have not received my parts (though I did finally get a tracking number).On top of the worst communication, and missing 4 deadlines, the packages i did receive looked like they spent 12 seconds packaging. One of my leaf springs was sticking out of the box when it arrived because it contained ZERO bubble wrap, paper, or any kind of protection other than the box itself. If i get all of the components on Friday, it will have taken 20 weeks to receive an order that according to their website could have been built in under 2 weeks. I have never received this poor of customer service for anything.

This is my first stop when looking for parts for my 2001 Nissan Xterra SE. I’ve spent several years trying to build and mod out my rig for overlanding. It’s still a work in progress. Searching for that part, for maintenance or upgrades. AC has it. From HD tie rods, ball joints, bushing, shocks, snorkel and more. They got the parts at a good price better than most places. But most definitely quality parts. As long as they carry parts for my rig. I’ll keep coming back. Thanks AC ?????

I am a mechanic-by-default of sorts, with the only training being that from mechanically inclined friends and a willingness to jump in over my head. I did the latter when I bought 4x4 Parts' 3-inch lift kit for my '02 Xterra. However, when I got stuck, I gave Mike V a holler and he always helped me when I was in a pinch. Even replaced a part for me when there was an unseen manufacturer's defect. I was so impressed by the customer service and real-time response time, even via email, that I keep ordering parts from them. It's quality stuff from reputable dealer and that really is appreciated from an 'English major with a tape measure', aka I have no business being near mechanical things. Mike V and 4x4 Parts have always been there for my mechanical shenanigans!

I have been ordering parts from Automotive Customizers for the past 3 to 4 years and not once have I had an issue with them. I have had only one problem and that was with a Fidanza clutch I had bought from them. But that was a Fidanza (garbage floating clutch plate) not Automotive Customerizers issue. Great knowledge base and easy to get answers from. Happy with their service and I plan on buying more from them
