Excellent place, they have a good variety of machines and many trainers...The atmosphere is very good, what I have not seen published is if they have coaches who, in addition to speaking English and Portuguese, speak Spanish.

Very no nonsense kind of gym. Good selection of equipment and weights to really just focus on your workout and get strong

I liked this Gym it has so many machines and variety I cancelled because I moved. I would like to come back but it’s a little far. Thanks for your service. I wold really recommend this Gym.
