I have been using this company since 2005, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They are honest, responsive, accommodating, show up on time, do everything they tell you they will do, and have gone above and beyond for me in my many moves throughout Florida. Everybody I've had the pleasure of interacting with at this company is exceptional and the quality of care that they have taken with me and my belongings is outstanding. Chuck always takes care of me, and will take care of you, too.

My mother and I recently used Approved Moving & Storage to help move some stored items from Boynton to Jacksonville and to move her personal items into her new condo! We had such a pleasant and easy move - Approved Moving & Storage restored my faith in professional movers. Craig and Charles were absolutely great! On time, professional and patient with my mother - I would without a doubt use their services again.

Approved moving recently crated a piano for a specialty order to be shipped to California. They did an excellent job padding and protecting this very unique instrument. I am the owner of Hamilton Piano Company and I will recommend this company for my customers because I appreciate how professional, patient and courteous the movers are. I would definitely recommend this company. They showed up on time, very polite, and the price never changed from the original estimate. The owner was also reachable for any questions I had. Only movers I will use for now on

This is my 19th move. I have a lot of experience with moving companies. I would hire this company again in a second. They have been efficient, pleasant, professional, and so careful with our things, taking note of any concerns I had. Overall one of the best moving experiences I have had.

I don't normally take the time to leave reviews here but in this case, I felt like I needed to share my experience. In today's world, finding companies that operate with a focus on integrity and the overall the CUSTOMER experience is rare but Chuck and his team at AMS are the exceptions to this rule. I spoke to Chuck personally and from the first conversation, he had a "Can Do" attitude. We spoke about the job I needed to be done and he gave me a quote over the phone. The day of the job, his team arrived on time and both of the gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous. As it turned out, the job ended up being much more difficult than originally thought and I was fearful that the business was going to take advantage of this opportunity to charge me significantly more than we originally agreed. To my surprise, Chuck was a man of complete and total integrity and he honored his original quote. He put me at ease right away and was very cool about the entire situation. The guys did an amazing job and left my new home looking GREAT! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest group of people who take great pride in what they do. They came highly recommended but I was still worried. They moved me and I can say I would use them again and highly recommend them to others. No complaints here! Fair price and the workers were a joy to work with and have in my home!
