I recently sought services from Andrew's and Associates for my tax filing, expecting a professional and supportive interaction. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. During our initial consultation, I felt the process was hurried, with a strong emphasis on quick turnover rather than understanding or addressing my specific needs. Ongoing communications were primarily delegated to the reception staff, which, while not inherently negative, detracted from the personalized service I anticipated.My primary concern arose when I requested to review my tax return and clarify some questions before finalizing the process. The response from the owner, Lewis, was disheartening; I was told, "why don't you take it home and read it before wasting my time." This remark not only felt dismissive but also contradicted my understanding of what a consultative service should provide—especially in an industry where clarity and accuracy are paramount.It's essential for clients to feel valued and heard, particularly in complex matters like tax preparation, where questions are not an inconvenience but a necessary part of ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction. I had hoped for a partnership that valued client engagement and transparency, but instead, I left feeling rushed and undervalued.I believe feedback is a gift, and my intention is not to disparage but to highlight areas for improvement. A more patient, client-centered approach, especially in handling questions and concerns, could significantly enhance the service experience at Andrew's and Associates.

I had emailed Lewis Andrew’s regarding becoming a new client for my healthcare business. Lewis replied stating he would be happy to speak with me and to arrange an appointment with his office. I arranged an appointment with his office as instructed. I had my phone appointment with Lewis Andrew’s and he was unprofessional, and condescending. He stated that he does not know me or anything about me. I attempted to inform Lewis of the nature of my business and my financial situation. He interrupted me stating that having an LLC is very common and since I had already completed my taxes for 2022 he was unsure of why I was calling him. I attempted to further explain that my business is new as of 2023, and Lewis stated that he has clients taxes to do that have been clients for over 20 years so does not have the time to speak with me. This appointment was arranged two weeks in advance and lasted four minutes due to the dismissiveness and unprofessionalism of Lewis Andrew’s. I would not recommend this person on any level. I have never been treated so poorly, and as a healthcare professional I would never treat a patient with such disrespect.

Only reason Im leaving a 4 star is so people actually read this review. They actually deserve a 8 star. Lewis and his staff are by far the most professional and dependable group Ive had the pleasure to work with. Ive owned over 8 businesses and worked with many accountants over the last 30 + years so Ive had some experience.Unfortunately my last Accounting firm made some enormous mistakes costing me tens of thousands of dollars. They took over my Account from the previous Accountant I had who sadly passed away. When I interviewed the firm I that bought his accounts (should have known better right there) they talked about how amazing they would be and how they would charge about the same fees. Both turned out to be major lies. They rushed all my filings not giving me enough time to go over everything when when I tried to they advised me to just pay the fees and we can amend any mistakes. Not to mention even after restrictions they refused to meet in person. I was introduced to Andrews and Company from a friend who owns a biz and I only wish I would have used them much sooner. Andrews and Company got me back on track. Highly Highly recommend checking them out for both personal and business

Once again so rude and incompetent. I received in the mail, addressed to me, some one else's bank, portfolio and credit card statements, ss number, sale of home documents, etc that was mailed by this firm. Furthermore, they lost my paperwork or mailed it to someone else but it's gone! As noted below I was told to get the f out when I asked for my paperwork or they will "piss on me". Like who says that?!?!?! I am glad I have it recorded as no one would believe someone would even say that. To top it off, even though they were paid ( a large amount of money) I just received another bill. I called to say no way would I step back in there so stop sending me bills ( this is after 35 years of going there) and the rude lady just slams the phone down!!! In short: if you go here you need to have your head examined. I also learned they not CPAs but they make you think they are.

Zachary and the team at Andrews & Co are absolutely wonderful!! Zach is always responsive and helpful. He is knowledgeable and is always able to offer insight that will best help his individual clients. Zach and his team are great with the complicated taxes for a trust, and of course regular taxes!! I would highly recommend them. Trustworthy and affordable.
