They're advertised two glasses for less than 80 bucks with the eyeglass exam. It's just a scam! They charge a lot of money and the only way you're going to get the deal as ⁰if you are getting a very basic prescription and very basic glasses. Most people that knee glasses do not have the very basic prescription and it cost a lot of money. Would be cheaper to get a membership to Costco and get it there even then with the membership it would be about $100 cheaper.

Terrible medical care - I won't go back - Doctor was late, yelling on her phone at someone and kept on the phone with her personal problems while we all waited in the waiting area. DRAMA and unprofessional - then finally I get in to be examined, rushed and annoyed called me Dear and rushed me and everyone else through the examination. DON'T GO HERE - The response below is a request to send in an Email - I did that and wrote the President in a letter - NO RESPONSE - customer service is awful

Would of rated them higher but both times I’ve been in they always seem like they are in a rush to go home, I had a scheduled 5:30 appointment, they close at 7 so I don’t get it. Never had this issue at the other locations.

Dr abdoly is a excellent dr very caring & considerate she explains everything in detail her professional mannerisms are gueinune I go there because of her in this world it's hard to find dr like dr abdoly as a business owner myself I would do everything to keep her & make her happy as she treat your clients with total respect & curiosity

America’s Best is the most professional place I’ve ever been to. They were extremely careful with me and even noticed a condition I had, showing a level of concern and care that I don’t even receive from my own family. Highly recommended!

Went there for an emergency well before closing. Doctor hid in the back and refused to see us. We asked if she could simply look at the eye so we could understand if we should go to the er or not, the assistants said “she doesn’t do that “. Apparently the “optometrist” doesn’t look at eyes.

Went there in an “emergent situation” I use quotations because my mom is able to open her eye. Just very irritated, red and uncomfortable. Believes she might’ve poked it while putting her make up on. Went to this America’s Best in pompano beach in hopes the doctor could take a look at it just to see if we need to go to the emergency room or just flush the eye. This optometrist hid in the back room and refused to see us. These “doctors” are expected to care for their patient’s no matter the case. I’m a third year medical student and find this flat out disgusting. Says these eye exams are provided by South Florida Regional Eye Associates, LLC. I do not recommend. We were there well before 6pm on a Tuesday.

March 2024, very clean and large store. Worked with Siarah, who was very helpful and nice,. Plus Kefeisha was a pleasure to talk to and helpful as well. I just needed new lenses (single vision, distance only) in my old frames, and it was fully covered by my insurance company. So, no cost to me. I also, have another pair of frames that need new lenses (same prescription) and they quoted me a great price, $150 less than Cohen Optical. I will definitely bring my other pair of frames to America’s Best to get the lenses replaced. However, I will have to pay the out-of-pocket price since my insurance company only pays for one set of glasses or lenses a year. Still, it is cheaper than going to Cohen Optical.
