Purchased a bunch of items (as did my friends) a few weeks ago. Upon my return home, went to take the tag off the back of the shirt and half of the design ripped off! My friend was still in Florida, went to the store and explained what happened with a pic of the receipt and the shirt. Would not give her a shirt to bring home to me. It was my daughter's gift and it was useless and a damaged item. After all the money we spent there, they couldn't give me an item that could be used!! Never will I step foot in that store again. There are so many shops around that sell merchandise that would honor their items.

This store has a souvenier for everyone: men, women, and children. It is a very large store loaded with all things Pompano Beach. You name it: t-shirts, tank tops, shorts, hats, beachwear, swimsuits, flip-flops, sweatshirts, towels, handbags, magnets, lighters, all things beach related.
Located across the street from Pompano Beach Pier. Parking can be found on the street or at the parking garage a block or two away.
We didn't purchase anything but the staff was friendly. Fun place to go thru.

The store closes at 10.. got there at 9:40 and was immediately followed around the entire store being told by every employee in the store that they are closed.. the girl was already counting out the register when we got there. Never finished looking through the store.. we finally left after the annoying rude little girl at the register came and found us in the store for the 3rd time and told us “we are closed” we paid for our 2 items and were out of the store at 9:52.. for the prices and the rude employees it’s not worth stopping here.

I just got charged for a snowglobe that was on a very bottom shelf inches off of the floor sticking out from a ledge, and it fell over as I walked by it and my PANTS brushed it... an obnoxious little brunette walked over as I picked it up myself and she said you have to pay for that without asking if me and / or my baby in the stroller if we were okay, and simply said "it's store policy" with a nasty little smirk. When I asked for a manager she said "they're not here til tomorrow." Enough said.

Bad customer service. Overpriced. Old stock damaged items, 7 days NO return policy. Refused a refund though the item I bought was damaged.

The sales person was not nice at all. No smile, very poor communication skills, not pleasant. If not a good thing inside the store, I would never buy anything from such sale person.
