The absolute worst uniform service you could ever use!!! They bill you in full but provide service in part! They never bring my guys all their uniforms and constantly blame them saying they aren’t turning them in! That is completely false as each one of my men change every day and put their uniforms in the Landry bin. I asked for a credit for the missing uniforms every week and they cancelled my service and the manager cursed me out!!!! Worst place you could ever do business with.

I don’t know how they have a big name in south Florida, but what they provide is not good quality at all! We ordered 400 bar towels, 400 table cloths and 600 napkins every week. And by far out of those 400 towels at least 70-90 towels either have hole, ripped, so worn out or nasty stains on it. The same goes for table cloth and the napkin. No one want to use a napkin full of linens or dark stain. Compare to other companies in Boston and New York you guy look like trash provider. This is coming from someone who own multiple restaurants up north and decided to franchise down to south Florida. Alsco is not good! Use small local provider and don’t bother with alsco because their district manager and manager can’t do anything to solve it either since we had spoken and complain to them multiple time already.

This is the worst linen company ever. They have failed to pick up our dirty laundry for several days. They deliver an inadequate amount of scrubs for our facility to operate. We have called all their phone numbers without any reply. I am frustrated and disappointed with their service and will be cancelling my contract with them at the soonest possible moment. Do not use them.
