no customer service. Up for renewal, not proactive. I have to be proactive. Left voice mail and sent emails all week with no response. Called today and was told agents were too busy to call back Monday. Been a clie t gor 10 years.

Extremely over insured my ill father for years, and prevented me from cancelling with them due to "Needing to see my new coverage" only to find out the only prevented me because they wanted to try and match the same insurance that was A THIRD OF THE PRICE with Progressive. Wouldn't recommend, as a recent ex-customer.

Ron Bradley insurance was incredibly helpful and I would recommend this agency for any or all of your insurance needs. They are a no hassle agency and strive to give you the best service before and after your policy is delivered. Customer service is outstanding. They speak in terms a layman can understand. They come through when others throw their hands up and leave you high and dry with little or no options. Contact them and let them impress you. I don’t believe you will be disappointed. I know I wasn’t.

DO NOT OPEN A POLICY AT THIS OFFICE i got the run around for 2 hours and lied too 2 months ago. Also got a really unprofessional comment from 1 of the reps that i dealth with all state is a great company but this office is trash. move to a new office or get another company. this is one is the WORST

Unfortunately I have had multiple accidents since buying my new Honda. Each and every time they have come to my rescue in a timely and professional manor. Also with my hurricane damage to my house, I received the same respect. Sure there are less expensive insurance companies out there but you get what you pay for. I'm sticking with you guys!

I had boat/car insurance with them and initially opted to go elsewhere for auto insurance a year ago. They tried convincing me they could match my offer with progressive and was told they can’t at the end. Prior to not sharing who I was going with they threatened that my license would be suspended. A year later I am getting boat insurance $300 cheaper and I am being pestered as to why I am leaving and I need to submit via writing why I no longer need their services. They are dishonest and bullish!!!!
