After dealing with previous unreliable movers, I was thrilled to find this team. The movers were extremely careful with my belongings, and I could tell they had a lot of experience with residential moving. They gave me a detailed moving quote upfront, so there were no surprises later on. I also liked that they offered additional packing supplies, which made things much easier. On top of that, they were fast and efficient, getting everything to my new home in record time.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! Here's a list of events of why you should NOT use them for your move: 1. **Delayed Delivery**: The shipment of my belongings arrived far beyond the promised delivery window of 7-10 business day post pick up causing significant inconvenience and additional expenses. My pick up date was on Friday September 27th 2024, My ready to receive date was Monday September 29th and my items did NOT deliver until Friday November 22nd 2024. 2. **Missing Items**: A 7.5-foot mirror was missing from the delivery. The TALLEST item, of a very FEW items.. GONE. I shipped 2 tvs, 2 mirrors, and 18 medium boxes. (photos attached) 3. **Breach of Contract**: I paid Allegiance Van Lines directly under the belief that this company would handle my move. Instead, the job was brokered to another company without my consent, which was not disclosed to me at the time of agreement. Additionally, Allegiance Van Lines specifically states on the website that you are not a brokerage firm but my move was sold to another mover. This was my fist long distance move from CA to MD and it was by far the WORST experience. The customer support center is ran by a bunch of idiots who don't have a clue or care where your items are. (photos attached of a few of their responses during this time) absolute disgusting service. DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is filled with liars & scammers. They lied to me especially Keith. I was told no hidden fee's. That was lie #1. The day of my delivery I was called and they told me I am not current on my bill. Lie #2... I was told I could not get my stuff until I paid them more money. I am a war time veteran and their ad says veteran owned. They do not deserve to be in business, DO NOT HIRE THESE LYING SCAMMERS.

This is a scam. Complete scam. Luckily, I barely avoided being scammed because of their tempermental CEO. They will try to sell you on a fully refundable deposit for any reason up until your move date (which, is clearly spelled out in the contract). Then, they will try to spin it that you can only claim a refund in the first 48 hours after you move. I then received a fairly agitated email from the owner, which is included in this review. I should have known that the deposit was a red-flag (THIS IS A RED FLAG. Reputable movers, such as Mayflower, do not require this). But luckily I put it on my Amex which recovered the deposit. They provide an estimate by cubic feet, which is prohibited by DOT. You are charged by distance and weight. They lowballed me which would have resulted in significant charges on moving day. They are also a broker. Per DOT, they have one truck. They will claim they are not a broker, but this is just another lie. They also ensured me that I would have exclusive use of a truck and my items would be delivered in two days. Once Will (the owner) emailed me that I would have exclusive use of the truck on the "pickup", I questioned if that entailed throughout the entire move process. He retorted that they "do not get paid to transport air". Due to his arrogance, I started looking more and more into this company. After looking at DOT, they have a staggering number of complaints (also included). DO NOT USE ALLEGIANCE VAN LINES. They are scammers plain and simple. I have reported them to DOT and the Florida Attorney General. Hopefully, this review will prevent others from falling into this scam.

these people are crooks and the absolute worst in customer service. I had a contract with them to pick up my things and move them to SC. the day of pick up, after paying the initial deposit and the driver of the pick up, they wanted to renegotiate the contract! They Sub contracted to another company that wanted to charge for any packaging, and they charged per step after 7 steps. I lived on the first floor of a complex and there was 5 steps going into the building. They said they are refunding my payment to the drivers, its been 7 days and still have not got my refund! DO NOT USE! IF YOU VALUE YOUR STUFF GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

If could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, unprofessional and an "oh, things happen" kind of attitude. My original quote was for $2705. Allegiance Van Lines gave my contract to another moving company because their trucks were held up from the hurricane which I can understand but let me know that before hand, not when the new movers showed up and asked for the second payment which I had already paid to Allegiance. The new movers from Infinity movers out Houston Texas would not load my items on their truck until I paid them $1200. I had to pay them and Allegiance would have to refund me my money which took 4 days. Not to mention they charged me an additional $1000 Infinity movers held my items in storage and I contacted them to let them know I was ready to have them move my items. I was unable to get in contact with Infinity movers so I contacted Allegiance who contracted them out and they could not get any communication. I finally get a text and Infinity told me that they would let me know when the truck was leaving. A week later I contacted them and they said sorry for the delay but the truck left late yesterday and I would be notified 24 hours before delivery. I got a call today that they were ready to deliver in 2 hrs. (I waited 7 days ) and I found out today that the movers were not Infinity but another moving company and they didn't even have my delivery address. They contacted me for it and then I was charged an additional 400 so my total move which was originally 2705 ended up being over $4000. I have been in constant contact with Allegiance Van Lines letting them know all of the issues I was having and there unprofessional attitude, the lack of care and the comments like " well what would you like me to do about it", or things happen or the best is, they shouldn't be charging you that. I find it crazy that Allegiance contracted the other mover who gave it to another mover but Allegiance was still the overseers yet I have to be doing all of the following and communication with drivers and dispatchers. Dealing with these 2 moving companies has been one of the worst times. I am prior service and have moved many times but nothing like this. For all of the Active Duty Military and Veterans.....I would not recommend Allegiance Van Lines out of Florida or Infinity Movers out of Houston.

first of all they are brokers not movers. they do not move your belongings nor tell you the correct info on how to pack your stuff they do not mention who will get to move you they require a two day window and a deposit you will never get back. michael is very good at smoozing you on the phone mom is a nurse, maybe and shannon is great at hanging up on you and talking over you. make sure you ask the right questions tape the call . better yet so not use them. good luck

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Our moving experience with Allegiance was horrible. THEY ARE NOT THE MOVING COMPANY. They contract the move out to another company. We told them every single item and box we had and were told that we are using way more space than the AVL told the movers, so we ended up paying TWO. TIMES. as much as we were originally quoted. Additionally, we asked to have the moving company stop at our storage unit, and they told us that was fine. When the truck showed up, we found out they were never told they were stopping at our storage unit and it would be even more money to now stop there. We called to make sure what day the moving company would be arriving, and we were told Monday between 11-2; then on Sunday morning we got a call saying they would be there in 20 minutes (!!). From start to finish it was horrible. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely horrible! Unreliable. Predatory practices. Lied about business practices. Contracted my move with a shady moving company. The company delivered some of my items at another location and I'm still waiting on my items, and it's been almost a year. Please stay away from this company. They will only give you the run a around
