I had high hopes for this vendor based on recommendations. Unfortunately, they offer very limited hours for estimates and installations. Appointments from 9am - 3pm to be exact. Considering i was trying get them vetted for my association with over 200 units, you would think they would make an exception for 4pm for an initial estimate only. No late afternoon hours or even Saturday. Once we got past this point in the discussion Peter just stopped answering my calls or emails. I just wanted to confirm they were no longer interested in our business. High hopes, poor communication, seems to be the formula for Florida vendors.

We just moved in to our new home and our movers broke the jalosey glass in our front door. I couldn't find anyone who could replace the glass or even return my calls. When everyone else said no they said yes. They got the glass measured cut and in my hands in days. I am very happy.

Called them at 9AM on a weekday morning for a single piece of glass for a home improvement project. It was ready that afternoon, & pickup was a breeze. They even recommended to smooth the edges when I told them what it was for!

The communication was excellent from day one. I had many questions that were addressed and answered quickly. I told them what I was looking to do and they offered suggestions to fit my project.I have a White double desk set up in my work space that I've attached to one another to create one REALLY LONG desk which started showing signs of distress as it is white and the veneer on top was starting to come off in many spots. I do a lot of craft projects and I am not kind to the desk. I was looking to replace them but that was going to be REALLY EXPENSIVE so I decided to put a Beautiful White & Gold geometric patterned wall paper on the top of the desk. I put 1 piece across the whole thing and had the team at All American Glass make me a Glass table top that would go across the entire thing!They did an amazing job, got the work done in less time than I anticipated and we were able to pick it up to save on the delivery costs (this was not an option with other companies).The price was very affordable as well. Now my desk looks REALLY high end and I was able to put the same pattern on the doors of a storage cabinet which now looks like a set!Try All American Glass! you will not be disappointed
