I live in the area. I called to check the price of an item and could not get a number. I get it, you guys seem to be afraid of competitors. We're in 2024 now, Amazon Exists, so does Walmart.

I Called this place asking for a specific human hair my braider asked for. I asked for the price and a man said he cannot give me the price. I am coming all the way from Jupiter and it is quite a drive and if it is too expensive I could not afford it. He just stopped talking to me and I was talking to myself so I closed the phone. I man called me back and called me "disrespectful", however, he is the one disrespectful and childish not talking on the phone to the customer who have valid inquiries about a product. WHY ARE YOU NOT GIVING THE PRICE WHAT IS TH MYSTERY??? I told he that he makes money out of the black community and I did not owe his entitle behind anything that he should be apologizing to me. Thank goodness for Amazon, I will NOT be spending a dime! these businesses make money from our people, are rude and entitle and provide what in return that you can't get from anywhere else? Customer service skills are nonexistent!
