We purchased a dress had a great experience trying it on. When my daughter picked the dress up she was very rushed never was offered to try on. He was busy With another client. I guess that’s where she went wrong. He unzipped the bag and quickly zipped it back up. When we got home the dress had an imperfection. She sent an email no response with a picture of the dress. We heard nothing back. Tried to dispute with amex. He would not admit it the issue and just make it rite. In the end we are stuck with a dress with an imperfection. He never offered to fix the issue I believe he knew was there. I would not recommend this business and I hate to review this was because I support small business but this is not a good way to run a bridal business. Wedding dresses should be perfect and if an issue is there it should be fixed in my opinion.I was hesitant to write this. But we are very unhappy now we have to buy a new dress.

I cannot say enough good things about David and ACB. The dresses carried were different than the ones I had seen in so many other stores, and David quickly understood my vision and helped me understand the right silhouette for me. Wedding dress shopping was fun and exciting, which is how it should be in the right salon. The store itself is fairly unassuming from the outside but filled with the most gorgeous selection itself. Don’t look this spot over. Thanks again to David and team.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL went there to get a bridesmaid dress got the wrong that was supposed to ordered. David who works has a nasty attitude. The girl who is an assistant doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing.Then I have to buy a dress i didn’t want in the first place. Would not recommend coming here they will end up giving you the WRONG dress and won’t accommodate you for having the wrong dress !!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my wedding dress. It’s so beautiful! & I wouldn’t have picked it on my own. David pulled this dress for me because the dresses that I thought I wanted were a lot different. I thought I wanted a very simple dress but when I put on this dress I had no doubts or fear of missing out on a better dress. David also helped me find the perfect bridesmaids dresses. My bridesmaids looked amazing & they also felt confident in their dresses. 10s all around for Alexander Couture bridal! David knows what he’s doing. You can definitely trust in his taste and guidance. I highly recommend!

Run, don’t walk to Alexander Couture Bridal! The selection of dresses are beautiful, rare gems and made for every body shape. I have two sisters, and all three of us purchased our wedding dresses here! !Each dress is beautiful, it’s just a matter of finding the dream dress that suits your style. Great customer service, beautiful shop, large fitting rooms and a ton of mirrors to have fun!Highly recommend.

Alexander Couture Bridal was absolutely beautiful!! David is incredible, listens so well, and continued to look with me for my perfect dress. LOVED their selection but of course I couldn't decide. A week later at a different shop I found my dress but when I tried to order it they said it was last years and I had to buy their old dress everyone had tried on that was two sizes too big for me!! I remembered David and how helpful he was, so I called him with my situation and he was able to find the dress I wanted AND IN MY SIZE!!! I'm so glad I kept his card and ended up buying through him. Later on he also helped me order more fabric for my dress to make it my own :) TYSM!!

This was our first of three appointments, when we began the search for my daughter's wedding dress. Such a wonderful experience! David felt like family, and treated us that way. The thrid dress was "the one". We kept our other appointments, but came back to Alexander Couture. My daughter was so pleased! That made me also pleased.

I had an absolutely great experience. David really saw my vision and worked with me to make it happen even though my wedding is only two months away. I am so grateful to him and his store. It was a great shop that also sells shape wear! Great dress selection and clean place.
